Thantro factory assault mission:
The Pocket team timed their exit wrong. When they jumped out of the box they were in the middle of a large warehouse, rows upon rows of boxes. They were in the right facility, but in the middle of an open space and 50 meters from the door that they were to let the rest of the team in through.
Up on the catwalks on the edges of the room the team saw no less than eight guards. Two were in plainclothes, yet obviously agents, while the other 6 were your run of the mill guards. Lead managed to drop one of the plainclothes, but not before the other ducked into cover and shouted something in his radio.
The team started moving to the door as the guards started firing at them. Lead's shield was taking a beating, as several of the guards had rifles. Eventually one bullet got through so lead dropped his and 1 raised his. They reached the door, letting the rest of the team in, while at the same time enemy guards and agents were pouring into the room on the far side and taking cover while firing at our team.
Our men with rifles opened up, able to actually hit and do damage at such ranges. They got back to the rows of boxes, having cycled through I's shield and into II's. One of the agents popped out of cover just 10 meters from our position and lobbed something at us. No one saw what it was in the chaos, so when the flashbang went off it stunned the entire team except Abigail, the Support Lead. She raised her shield in the direction most of the fire was coming from, and tried to supress both the left and right sides long enough for the team to recover. She took a shot in the chest and one in the back by enemy agents, both essentially ignoring the kevlar, and she fell. They got Alex and Isabella before the team recovered and starting shooting back again. One of the team grabbed Abigail's gun.
The sheer amount of fire, basically the equivalent of perhaps four or five rifles, was enough to continually punch through the shields, although Maximillian managed to kill many of the guards and the agents with pistols managed to take out a few of their counterpart, but ultimately the assault team was forced to retreat. On the way out they lost three more agents, and one was wounded pretty bad as a bullet tore through his shoulder. Despite having to retreat and technically being a failure, the factories' merchandise was all stored in the room and heavily damaged during the firefight.

Smoke grenades: Can form a cloud of smoke roughly 10 meters in diameter that reduces anyone inside to vague shadows. 1 EU for 3. 1 supply for 3.
Flashbangs: Likely stun and disorient anyone caught within the 3 meter blast radius. Anyone outside of that gets a reduced effect. 1 EU for 3. 1

Forced entry kit: Lockpicks, acid and other assorted gear for breaking in. 4 EU. 5 supply.
Bomb/trap defusal kit: A series of items useful for defusing bombs. 4 EU. 6 supply.
Breaching charge: A small but powerful localized detonation meant for creating man sized hole in walls with a thickness of less than 15 centimeters. Ineffective against anything stronger than brick. 2 EU. 4 supply.

An effective force wall capable of blocking 10 N5B2 rifle shots at minimum size when cast by a thaumic potential 3 spellcaster. A difficult spell, half of the force can cast it. Variable shape and strength, stronger by 100% for each thaumic potential level above 3 of the person casting it.
