I have been googling this for some time, i tried various downloads such as:

and i also saw some threads here but i cant make heads or tails. i tried playing around with wineskin both for mdf and some windows games like alpha centauri, which i also really want to play, but i just cant understand, or do it right.

For mdf specifically when i run the files i get his kind of dead end:

Yes, I redid 1.30 for Linux, i can remake the package for Mac, too, as long as there's no OS shenanigans.  Give me a few days.
