Addendum: You guys asked for a discord, but the heroes have waaaaaaay more discussion on there then you do. You just missed an op-sec leak by the heroes because none of your guys were online for it.

Here is the discord link again for anybody still interested.

I don't think we have much use of another member now, so I suggest brain do research while The Hand go to another city so we are not focused only on one city.

I suggest doing research on the CE so we save more money from the shorter AI.

Well, it depends on what we want to spend more of, favours or money. The CE is 5 Mill & 3 Favours per turn, and the SR is $3 Mill and 6 Favours per turn. And as our starting money is more than enough to cover the entire financial cost of the SR project, working on that would be the best option, since it means we only have to concern ourselves with gathering more favours.

Not only that, but an additional villain to help out with rear-line efforts would be welcome indeed.

EDIT: Running the cost calcs is costs more money to research CE first, but it costs more favours to research SR. We spend an extra two million if we get CE first, and if we go for SR first we spend an extra three favours.

I thought the CE was 3 mil and 5 favors,my bad.

In that case if we don't mind creating the SR we should be doing it first.

Honestly, SR offers far more advantages for us if we do it first and then subsequently do CE.

I suggest we deploy Dark Hand in her current location of Dagos and engage in:

Operation Dark Klaw

Dark Hand will meticulously hunt down each of the government scientists and officials that were responsible for the psychic program, seeking revenge against them. Under order from Brian Matter, she will coerce them under threat into providing political favors to the burgeoning Council of Villains, in exchange for sparing their lives (though Brian has promised she will get to kill them eventually).
If successful, this should give us favors, and helmacon did state that we can specify more specific villain deployments to get specific attributes we're in need of rather than just a general "robbing banks" default deployment that gives us around equal money, reputation, and favors.

Meanwhile, rather than Brian immediately researching the supercomputer, I propose we move him to Water City. It's safer and more unexpected if we begin making our base of operations there. It's also landlocked, which gives us a defense advantage.

It's really easy to get into Coc; trust me, all you need is one taste of Coc and you'll be begging for more! I wasn't even sure I would like Coc until after I got a taste, and now I'm all about Coc!

Y'know, there should really be a better abbreviation for Call of Cthulhu.

No probelom with Dark Klew as long as we keep it secret, But I do think that Brian is in now danger now and they won't have an army meaning land lock isn't a big del unless they have aquaman.

Here's a thought, how about we not just instantly try expanding our operations thinly everywhere and instead build up where we are?

I like Dark Klaw, its a good idea, though might be a bit risky considering a random mook might be able to take her on with her skills. Also, it could be a bit more subtle then upfront intimidation, perhaps we can just simply have her kill them and have Brain manipulate who will be their replacements...

Dark claw should be belayed until later. No need to go after hardened targets at first. Let's aim for softer targets first to get her skills up, THEN go on the rampage of revenge (Which honestly sounds better than dark klaw and actually happens to be correctly spelt without losing any badassery.

Rampage of Revenge sounds like a name genrated by DF.
To me the importent thing is that we finishw with SR as fast as possible so we could have our extra reasercher faster.

Rampage of revenge? What are you? Barbarians? Everyone knows its a Roaring Rampage of Revenge. But yeah, training her up is wise, and I expressed some concern about it in my vote post, but unless someone wants to make a training regime for her, I'm sticking to what we have atm.

+1 to Operation Dark Klaw. Actually, set Dark Hand to training her combat and shooting skills.

Meanwhile, I suggest we set Brian to work on the Cerebral Enhancer. I'm certain at least some portion of the preliminary work can be done w/o a supercomputer.

I still don't think we should make the supercomputer sentient. All of you still haven't explained the purpose of that.

Can we train skills without a project on this beforehand?
I am also against the computer being sentient but if we keep him away fromanything important we might not have  problem
