Arkham? It certainly exists. I go to school there. That is, here.

In fact, if we get time, we should stop by the campus. I'm pretty sure we can get this—
waving the Ivonis —translated there. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if the library already has a copy.
"there's more than one way to skin a cat, friend. Sharing the book with the rest of us would probably be beneficial to it's translation."
Search for anything that might hint at the reason we are here. If I find nothing, wake the sleeping hooded man.

I figure at some point, you're just gonna run outta fucks to give and just off yourself whenever you get hurt at all. It's not like there's any downsides to it. Hangover? Suicide will fix that. Stubbed your toe? Suicide. Headache? Suicide. Papercut? Suicide.

Immortality like that would be even more game breaking than four Aaron's in one place.
You're both so obviously scum that this is a surprisingly difficult decision.

Russell will try to use benefits of old school classical education( aka latin and ancient greek )  to translate latin book.

Try to remember scripture about dark pharaoh aswell.

( thought that talking counted as action )

I am pretty sure, that I can help you with translation.
With a look of mild surprise at the sudden injection of another voice into his conversation, Antioch says Sure, knock yourself out. and hands over the book before stepping out the front door to get some fresh air and a view of the town.

Turn 6: Don't Trust Anyone.

Try to figure out how the man? would react to being approached. If he would react violently/in a way harmful to myself, do not approach. If not, approach respectfully.

[4] - You figure out that they are probably in a very deep dream, yet you somehow feel they are alert. You aproach, but the person stays asleep.

Spoiler: Hastur (click to show/hide)

When Mallo moves closer, the cultist quickly jumps and manages to get behind him, knife in his hand!

"A-Arkham? But how can we be somewhere that doesn't exist?

Go into the living room and read the newspaper

[4] - You follow Nathaniel and pick up the newspaper:

"Arkham Advertiser"

You find an article circled with a black marker. It talks about several students from the Miskatonic University going missing around what you feel that may be this area. The police already gave up on finding them and you think this may be why Nyarlathotep sent everyone here. Antioch return the book and decides to go outside.

[1] - You don't find anything at all. When you go close to the dreaming person in the dark robes, it suddenly wakes up. Before you can react, the person with robes is already behind you with a decorated knife aimed at your throat!

Look inside the backpacks?

[1] - You open the backpacks. All of them are empty except from the last one.

That one had a dead rat inside. Ewww.

( thought that talking counted as action )

[1] - You only manage to get a very nasty headache. Your head hurts badly and everything is spinning.

I am pretty sure, that I can help you with translation.
With a look of mild surprise at the sudden injection of another voice into his conversation, Antioch says Sure, knock yourself out. and hands over the book before stepping out the front door to get some fresh air and a view of the town.

[4] - Before the cultist thing happens, you return the book to Ryan. You decide to go outside and have a look around the area.

You quickly recognize the odd combination of tall, modern buldings with the more ancient relics of old times as the city you know as Arkham. The strange combination of modern architecture with old mansions and churchs has attracted quite a lot of tourists and curious scholars to the city these years. But in this sector, there is almost nobody currently on the streets. How strange...

Ryan and Nathaniel are confronted by the cultist, who has taken Mallo hostage. When it speaks, you realize the "man" is actually a woman.

"Who the hell are you p-people? Explain why you are here before I kill your friend!"

You notice the cultist is hestiant.

(WOW, my browser actually saved part of the post. It helped recover some of the turn that was deleted.)

I'm sure the others won't mind if I step out for a while. I mean there can't be anything too interesting going on inside right now.

Antioch decides to take a brisk stroll to invigorate the spirit.

Look, we're not your enemy. I just woke up here after the weirdest dream. This man who claimed to have ruled egypt told me that a yellow king was going to awaken a sleeping god, and that the world was going to end. I don't know what's happening, or where I am, or who you are.
Try to calm her down. Use my skill at predicting how people will react to not talk about things she won't like.

"Woah miss, easy with the sharp objects! I'm currently about as confused as you are, but I was hoping you'd be able to help. Just, put the knife away and let me explain..."
try to convince the hooded person holding me hostage to let me the hell go. If she does, explain what I know about the the reason I am here.

”I am having ze looking around and ze rummaging, to be finding ze useful items. How am I going to be helping my comrades if I do not have weapon? Look at body, it is not of the greatest of ze physical conditions. I am but mere candy store owner. I am sure comrades can be taking care of their selves.”

Look about for anything that might constitute as a weapon. A broken bottle, a board with a nail in it, anything.

Spoiler: Thinking (click to show/hide)

Hastur is currently too angry to answer or even bother to listen! You think you should better leave him alone until he calms down, unless you really want to endure his screams of murderous rage.

(Only need an action from juicebox, considering that Ryan is also involved in the cultist situation.)
(Update will have to be tomorrow. I think I will update at what is 1:30 PM here [UTC-4.])
