I’m sorry, I’m going to drop out. I just don’t really know what to do.

No problem, I understand that my style isn’t for everyone.

I’m gonna open up a slot for a replacement.

Interested, would you accept a mutant-like brute character? Like, living experiment kind of mutant. Very strong, dumb and deformed.

What about deep one-human hybrid from Innsmouth and/or an ex-cultist with eldritch knowledge?

Otherwise, I'm going to make a scholar type character.

Immortality like that would be even more game breaking than four Aaron's in one place.
You're both so obviously scum that this is a surprisingly difficult decision.

I think a hybrid or ex-cultist would work best in this setting, personally. But don't let me stop you from doing what you want.

Alright, I'm now working on the deep one hybrid sheet. I'm aiming for an eldritch knowledge guy without being a spellcaster.

Somewhat WIP sheet, will probably continue editing later.

Full Name: Douglas Marlowe
Age: 45
Gender: Male
Position: WIP (I'll need ideas for this. "Trusted semieldritch entity?" "Ex-cultist informant?" "Deep One diplomat and translator"?
Appearance: Douglas is fat and a bit short, and of course he has the classic "Innsmouth Look". He has a bald and slightly narrow headthat used to have gray hair. Abnormally small ears, bulging bright green eyes and noticeable neck folds.
History:

Personality: Douglas is grumpy and quick to anger, especially when talking with people he doesn't know or talk about things he doesn't understand. He enjoys eating fish and seafood. He likes fishing and swimming, and dislikes (human) people because of his deep one half. He also loves studying and learning eldritch lore, and his curiosity knows no bounds.

Spoiler: Stats (click to show/hide)

Still WIP, but would like for the GM to read the bio and tell me if there's something wrong with it.

Minesweeper, designated decoy, and ablative shielding?

Alright, my sheet is halfways done. Would like some criticism.

Sorry for late response. RL things.

So far, I like it. I’m a fan of the backstory, and I feel I can make it work. I’d recommend expanding a bit on what Douglas actually does at DG besides being an informant/specialist/whatever, and I’d expand a bit on the driving force behind his personality (I.e., what makes him tick).

There’s a link to a discord in the OP. I’d recommend asking me more questions there for more immediate responses.

I left those parts ambiguous because I don't know what would Douglas be supossed to do at Delta Green and because I'm still working on the more "recent" life events. One thing is certain, he is not aware of what DG did to the Deep Ones other than there is some hostility between both groups.

EDIT: If I wasn't clear, I'm asking for suggestions and help regarding Position  and his driving force. I ran out of ideas, for now.

I thought I was editing. Whooops. Sorry for the double post.
