I think I like the ratio of there has to be at least three people in any group for their to be able leader of it.

However after that the structure will be amid that group to decide.

EDIT: Also, when I suggested the scientists/research stuff, that was including the magic available to us. I want an artificers' guild that does science to the windmills and the crystal balls.

I also had a suggestion.

The continent is Formeorth, the region Whitsweal. I think it may be best to wait until there is a King to name the Kingdom.

The continent name means First Land and the region Wealth of Things.

I'm interested in the mage guild, particularly writing weather and other phenomena. Should I make a mage's guild page? Also, I can do some map making for the Ranger's guild.
