I suppose there is no reason that Rockeater and Glass couldn't steward the Lord spots until the election.

(But Rock, if you do this, shake a tale feather and become a guildmaster.)

That means that we're lords until a full election can be held, right?

Glass is, as usual, correct.
Yep, as ever, I bestow upon Glass the expected +1
I'm gonna say we go with whatever Glass's idea is.

Alright I have some proposals to make. They effect multiple guilds so I'll say the start of it here.

We need to introduce health and death.

The Ranger guild would like to introduce monsters, and perhaps later healing herbs.

The Guard Guild is in charge of housing. How I originally imagined it, when you die you become a relative or friend and heir to your wealth. The better your housing, the more you keep(not a %, but bigger amount for bigger house) the rest goes to the thrown.

Player housing has a cost, which goes to the crown and supplies the royal coffers. If you need a bigger house, it will be a rate you can easily afford. (Initially, you are homeless)

Internal combat is up to the Guard Guild.

And missions are up to the Ranger Guild.

They do not need to resolve them the same way, but they will need to work together create the system for taking damage for after combat or after a mission.

Later the Thieves guild will open options for burglary and pickpocketing. And one can hire a guard as a bodyguard or home sentry.

We are moving along rapidly, there are already developments I do not know the full scope of, the game is already becoming more than I acting as a GM can handle. Which was the plan all along.

So now I will offer my vision for these things, but they are just one way of doing things.

Internal combat is up to the Guard Guild.

And missions are up to the Ranger Guild.

And events are up to the Mage Guild. Eventually.
Once we figure out Karma, at least.

EDIT: Maybe we could have a Healer Guild for matters of people's physical health?

Right then, I'm going to make a proper map now, since the one I was working on ended up scrapped too. The art of art is a long, painful process.
I want to ask: Is there any kind of wall around the township? A palisade, a big fortified thing,, or just a low stone wall?
