Leadership should increase the disclipline of subordinates

Leadership oughta affect the disclipline of subordinates in military squads, ranging from barely noticeable (for fresh recruits and inexperienced leaders) to impassive soldiers who follow their squad leader unto death (trained warriors and such). Have it also be affected by time spent in the same squad, the notability of the squad leader, and length of military careers for the soldiers (a veteran soldier is different from a veteran warrior).
