"Nah, I just think I could do it. You have to weigh only a couple hundred pounds and all."
Dom gets up from his seat and starts taking off his shirt. Didn't want to get it dirty after all.

"How do you even bench press a person? Aren't the weights a specific shape or something?" Lilly asked.

"Plank. Right? Just go straight and stiff."

Alex laughs and gives Scarlet a wide grin in return.
"Would you rather I hit on you directly? Because I think I'm quite near the point where I could do so."

Dom sitting on his lap ends up making holding his staff rather awkard. Eventually Alex manages to finagle it around the side where he can get a comfortable grip on it, but theres a lot of elbowing and squirming involved.
"Be careful Dom, my legs are already quite horrifically crippled. I don't think they can take much more before falling off, and I'd rather not go back to a wheel chair."

Dom tosses his shirt in the vague directionof someone and gets on the ground, holding his arms up for the vampire.

Bernie is starting to look seriously concerned.

"Probably, yeah. You might piss off the dudes in suits, though." She looked over at Dom, stifling another giggle. "Also, a couple hundred pounds? How big do I look to you?" The five-foot-three girl moved over to Dom, standing above him for a moment before more or less flopping down backward across his arms.

DRUNKNESS UPDATE

Lilly: is drunk. Not just tipsy, not just buzzed, full on drunk. This should be... something.

Scarlet: Has also gotten rather smashed. Like... not violently smashed? but pretty smashed.

Dom: Has been goddamn destroyed by the vodka at this point.

Alex: does not feel the alcohol at all apparently.

Albert: Is also pretty sober.

Idunna: Lightly buzzed, nothing major.

Dom gives Scarlet a comforting(?) squeeze before he starts to push up. He wobbles a bit, but stays as focused as one can be while hammered. Mostly by virtue of pure muscle memory. Which is probably good since he doesn't want to get vampire puke on him. That can only be completely disgusting.

Alex snorts and stands up, going over to the kitchen table and pouring some vodka from the big bottles Albert brought in with him into two shot glasses.
"I must have poured myself the watered down, ineffective version because I feel as sober as a priest on Sunday. Idunna! Come drink with me! We are both children of the World Tree, we'll show these fucks what real drinking is!"

"So was this just an excuse for you to put your hands on a girl, then?" Oh, there it was. She'd been concerned she wasn't actually going to get drunk. That was beginning to clearly not be the case. "You can put me down now, though." Without waiting, she looked about the room. "Uhhh. . . Lilly, truth or dare."

Dom shrugs and lets Scarlet get down.

Lilly had, unfortunately, been incorrect about her lack of ability to get drunk. Probably. Biologically speaking, she was too dead to get drunk as far as she knew, so it was something either magical or psychological. Whatever it was was probably irrelevant - Lilly, going off her expression and inability to maintain stability, was drunk off her ass, and since was literally the first time she'd been drunk, she didn't know it. So she was getting reaaaal giggly, everything seemed really funny and she didn't know why. "Hehehe, I did dare last time, so truth!" she said with a giggle.
