How glorious to see you in such time of joy and pleasure!", he speaks, with a thundering voice. His face shows a variety of patterns, traditional Köningsheimer scar-tattoos, reserved for the highest royalty. With his arms wide, he approaches you, locking you in the tightest hug you have ever felt. You remember Ragnar from his time as prince, as he had paid your mother multiple visits in the name of his father, Blood King Jotunn. He had always been amicable to your family, and rumors at court even suggested he was one of your mother's many lovers. "You have certainly grown tall like bear, Iago!" he says in semi-broken Archibaldine, followed by the deepest laughter you must have ever heard. "Let us.... indulge! Were shall we tread?"

A grand table appears to be hiding underneath a thick cover of luxurious dishes, from hearty, meat-filled stews to fresh salads of the most alien fruits. A collection of Köningsheimer and Lysian elites populate the room, lying on traditional Lysian futons, cared for by their peasant slaves. A grand balcony stands where the back wall was expected to be, overlooking the arena below. "Before we get to food, what game will Ithias play?", Ragnar speaks with his harsh accent.

A: He shall race with the hounds, of course!
B: He shall fight a battle of ancient metal weaponry.
C: He shall test his wits in the competition of Holosimulation.

He manages to get a respectable fifth place in the tournament, without any accidents.

During the tournament, Ragnar speaks to you. "Friend, I have called you here with offer for you." He says, broken as ever. You consider switching to the Köningsheimer language yourself, but decide against it because you would sound even worse. "You know the story of my father, Blood King Jotunn, how his empire fell apart and now me and brother Arnweg and sister Brunhild rule it, yes?". You nod. "I wish it back to greatness. I am blunt: will you help me fight? If you help me with Brunhild, I help you with Taglerias."

C: I better talk this over with the Thaumatans first.
