After ensuring they are displayed neatly, the ambassadors are loaded onto one of the autopiloting ships in your hangar. Though less accurate than a hand-piloted ship could ever be, using it will ensure there is no crew to suffer the same fate as these ambassadors. The ship departs clunkily, targeting the landing bays of the Taglerine royal palace. King Tago would get a terrible surprise within the next few days.
4436 A.G., Late First Quarter
The Taglerines have kept relatively quiet, other than the sea of threatening letters sent to your court. No hostile actions have been taken, but your spymasters report an increase of activity in the transstellar portals between Taglerin and Hermesion.
A newcomer has arrived at court. Ithias Thaüm, son of King Rothgar Thaüm and your groom-to-be, has landed, followed by his own personal entourage. The 19-year-old has the physique of a warrior and the stern mentality that comes with it. He informs you he wants you get over with the wedding as soon as possible.
