Fixed That For You and Post To Watch, respectively.

Fixed that for you is usually used when editing someone's words when you quote them, whether for good or mischief.

Post to watch is a way for you to get quick access to new replies in a thread.  Any thread you've posted in will be listed in the "Show new replies to your posts" link at the top of the forum if anyone has responded after you did.
