This isn't a great hand either. Better than the first, I'd say, but not by much.
If one of the lands produced white mana I would definitely keep, but as it stands we risk not being able to play our only creature on turn 3.
We have these lovely Taps that perfectly illustrate why it's not a better Divination; we have them, but they do literal nothing. Sure, they might be great in some situations. But sometimes you have to sacrifice those dream moments for reliability. Anyway.
The only good news in this hand is the Hired Assassin.

Hmm... I think the average 6-card hand is better than this. I say we mulligan.

I say its good enough.
Two lands, a hired and an officer that we can play after we find the second white.
This is probably the best we're going to get in the early turn. Its to much of a chance to mulligan down to 5, we would need the literal perfect hand for it to be worth.
