> Somehow my Capital keeps depleting its urban population >_< Perhaps this is intended but it's a far cry from my earlier starts where the urban population out-populated the rural ones and had to buy their everything, even when many many many provinces around had migration points set for happiness. How does migration work? (Totally my fault for colonizing too fast I bet )

Spoiler: Turn the Eighth of the Virtuous Lands (click to show/hide)

With the resurgence of the undead threat activity picked back up again in Virtuous lands.  No longer content to let the army languish and slowly dwindle Ya returned to her post at the head of the Virtuous Legions, the disorderly ranks of Zoa coming back into line under her fist as she organized their supply lines and set up contracts with dedicated crafts Zoa and Xiao in Throne to make sure the Legions had an uninterrupted supply of equipment for their troops. Troops that Ya started a new campaign among the civilians to attract to the Legions.

Meanwhile Gregory traveled to the Shores of the Virtuous lands, talking to the Xiao and Zoa that made their livings fishing from the sea. Gathering a large number of them, he held a Summit with the fisherlizards of the area on the Virtue of seamenship and boat construction, and all the minor virtues held within. Drawing supplies from Throne, they worked long and hard to recover the knowledge of taming the waves, and constructed a grand prototype ship to test their theories! Taking a large group of Xiao with him Gregory left the Virtuous lands on this Ship, heading west to find out new lands for his people in this Strange World.

Troop Movement and organization: Ya Takes command of the The 1st Virtuous Legion, resupply is unsuspended. The 1st Legion continues to Patrol in Throne.
Gregory sails West in East Virtues Reach. Assuming no hostiles are on the island out there, he'll make landfall and colonize the area with 100 Xiao. After Colonizing the area (or finding hostiles) he'll take to the sea again, heading further west to explore new territories!
Esperanza Heads up into the mountains to get a better look at the creatures there! Moving into the Jin-Sha Plains east and then the Slopes C.
