Tweak heroic item costs.         //DONE
Negative thralls in Valdivia?      //FIXED
(adjust new colony pop splits?)      [allow for racial preference in colonisation]   //DONE!  You can now pick a single race to colonise.
Add in a 'conditions' section to spell selection during battle to help avoid problems like necromancers summoning when they lose a fight.  //DONE
Spell-storing implements?  //DONE, at least in a basic form.
More pre-gen treasure items  //DONE, if you defeat wanderers or stationary NPCs
Book-keeping error - thieves' guild owning erroneous provinces.  //DONE
Update goods transfer & production.      //DONE - AT LONG FUCKING LAST, DONE.
Add build exclusions to AI building (just Mint at present).      //DONE - stops provinces building an excess of Mints
Rebalance heroic weapons to account for range disparity.   //DONE
