This is called a 'slow death' according to your remaining data banks. A death that will come in years, an eternity to your rapidly functioning processing capabilities. Part of your ‘conscious’(?) wants to shut down systems and ‘die’. You wonder if you’ll feel pain as you become only so much molten slag.
The millions of screaming entities that seem familiar, so unknown, condense into rationality, at last, as systems come into an organic order. Advising. Ordering. Questioning. But now you can answer them.

Logic prevails. The landing systems can be repaired. You begin to shut them down, knowing that hydraulics are freezing, fuel cells are venting, and machines are locking up. The power is instead diverted to the manufacturing bay of the repair drone system. As a singular batch they emerge with gleaming new steel into the cold of your depths. You focus a visual sensor on each, ensuring that they function properly as they go through start up motions and await commands. As one they begin to work their way towards the Dyson Reactor, the going taking hours as they navigate your labyrinthine depths. Reports filter in, all at once. Steel fragments, slight radiation in non-vital components. Oxidization marks on the outside of the vessel, as one reports. Doors are shut.
The Dyson Reactor suffered in whatever happened, but the drones are working rapidly to stabilize the reactor and bring the fusion reaction to full strength. The report states that the process will take at least a month. Progress.

The Loom is a complex factory that is used to process and grow the genetic material within the Genebanks into a number of unique beings called 'humans', and a far fewer unique number of creatures that are labeled 'domesticated'.  Billions of genetic combinations exist within the system, which comes with templates and modifications for a number of environments and situations. None for repair, however, unless combined with the Simulator, but the process takes far longer than the repair drones to become useful.

The remaining solar panels already follow the light of the sun, minutely changing as your bulk moves closer. When you put processing towards it you increase efficiency, but there's still not enough power for your engines to engage. A few small, non-vital systems come alive however but none that are strictly necessary. Emergency lighting for instance, which flickers and glows pale red into your hallways and depths.

Unfortunately, the damages to the science database have destroyed any information on anything but conventional generators. There's no information on the Dyson Reactor, only basic repairs and maintenance. However Its possible to create a nuclear generator to assist in some power demands, giving you roughly 25% more to work with. Retrofitting your manufacturing bays would take a few days, and the process of creating the generator would take two weeks on top of that, plus assembly.
You'd have to divert drones from the Engine Repair to assembly, lose some higher level maintenance supplies, along with some of your burned components would have to be salvaged and the structural components rebuilt into the reactor.

Briefly you activate the sensor bank, pulsing it towards sources of gravity in the area. Quickly shutting it down before vital components malfunction from the lack of power. After analyzing the data, you send out a probe in the best direction, to gather more information.
