Alright, this game is still under construction, but I thought I would put. it out there and see how much interest there is.
The game is a fort construction, apocalypse survival, mission based sort of game. Basically a good chunk of the game will be running supply missions trying to get better equipment, more food, perhaps even find a better place to fortify. Meanwhile the world has ended in several different ways and monsters, zombies, and all manner of evils are trying to kill you. So therefore, the second half of the game is based around defending your settlement and sustainable survivability.
The game has a mix of magic and technology. Both wand and gun, spell and grenade, will be used to fight tooth and nail against the unimaginable horrors, endless zombie hordes, and whatever crap I can manage to whip up to try and kill you with. The world has gone crazy, and you must use everything you can to survive.
If there is interest, feel free to leave suggestions and or fill out a character sheet. I don't have all the answers at this point, but that will change as I work out the nitty gritty details. Feel free to suggest new skills and create your own races and whatnot.

This world was much like our own before the cataclysm, no magic nor mystical monsters. However it always had a large number of various races. Each with their own culture, but all existing in today's modern world. Try and imagine what your race would be like living in a modern city and work with that.
Humans: Normal, basic, and full of spirit.
Bigguns: Very large humans, standing almost 10-12 feet tall. Strong, but exceptionally dumb and clumsy.
Halflings: Nimble and adventurous, these three foot tall humans have exceptional luck.
Dwarf: Squat and dense in more ways than one. This stubborn race is known for its craftsmanship and durability.
Gnome: Bulbous little big heads filled with knowledge, curiosity, and ingenuity.
Pixie: No more than 6 inches tall, these mischievous flying sprites have a natural inclination towards magic.
Wood elf: Thin, elegant, and pompous. These long lived racists have the incredible dexterity. About 5 feet tall.
High elf: Eight foot tall highly intelligent recluses. They tend to avoid all things physical and quietly keep to themselves.
Dark elf: Subterranean elves. They share traits of wood and high elves, but not to the same degree. Black skin and red eyes.
Ascended: Animals twisted into human form. They have various traits and cultures. Broad category, things like lizardmen and khajiit would fall under this category.
Goblin: Similar to gnomes, impish greenskinned little devils with sharp teeth, extra luck, and surprising intelligence.
Orc: Very similar to humans in capability, fairly universally hated. A bit stronger, with some regeneration.
Troll: Huge monsterous humanoids. Fairly stupid, but able to regrow limbs. Can also change their physiology to adapt to their environment.
Merelf: Amphibious blue skinned elves. Fairly nimble on land, unrivaled in water.
Hobgoblin: Five foot tall orange skinned goblins. Clever and malicious, surprising leadership and strength.
As of now you know nothing of how the world ended or why, just that suddenly magic is real, zombies are everywhere, suddenly the world is incredibly jumbled with geographical locations being replaced with others, monsters roam, and very little makes sense. Basically its a hurricane of chaos out there, and you only just made it to this old fallout shelter without getting killed or worse.
