I'm on a self made mission in adventure mode to rescue a one armed elf from prison, but I don't know where to look. Does anyone know what buildings prisoners are kept in? Are they kept in buildings at all?

From my experience they tend to just roam around the site they're imprisoned in. Proper prisons haven't yet been implemented into the game AFAIK (although they're certainly planned).

Yeah, I've seen that quite a few times before, though not with elves. I've been ambushed by parties of prisoners, and they're typically accompanied by hordes of gobbos and trolls.

I suppose I'll have to keep poking around then. The frustrating part is that I don't really know what sight he's on, only which government imprisoned him (his own, for some reason). The site I presume he's stowed away in has a long line of defenders around its parameter, so it's possible that he's with some odd party camped around the town's border. He has a title at least, and a missing arm, so it might be a little easier to find him.
