They are a compilation of ideas from the Toadyone/Threetoe think tank. Basically, the hope is that one day this will all be POSSIBLE in adventure/fortress mode.

Every time I see QFT, I get embarrassed, because someone said that in response to something I said in an argument, and I thought it meant quit ****ing talking, and said something unkind, only to find out he was agreeing with me.
