Leader Biography:
Damian is The High priest of Fenrir, patron god of the Wolfos. As such he is blessed with his Gods power.
Dedicated to the God at a young age, after his trial in the forest.
The trail is a Practice from the early days of the Wolfos, and only the royal family still practices it. A child will be left in the middle of a forest, If, when the parents return in 2 days time, the child is still alive, then he is a worthy child to raise, blessed in some form to have survived. This practice was stopped by the masses when the mothers of said child… reacted badly. It is said that Damien’s mother, left three large scars on his father when she found out what he had done. The rumor must be wrong though because Damien only ever saw two of his father. And really, where could the other one be?
It is said that Damien was found by a wolf, the beast-like cousins to the Wolfos from which they take their name, and the wolf protected him for the 2 days. Afterwards, Damien was dedicated to the God fenrir and his training began as a priest and ruler.
Damian has trained his whole life to appease the God fenrir and lead his people to Prosperity.
In combat, Damien wears a full suit of Armor, taken from his father in combat as his beliefs require.
When the world began to end, Damien channeled the power of fenrir to create the Gate, calling upon more power from his god then he ever had in his life.

The wolfos are a hungry people, with their powerful bodys demanding nuitrition to function. They can inhale enough food to turn the stomach of a lesser race, and if they stray to close during meal time, they might end up on the menu.

Even as all of the enemies of the Fredek Empire marched to war in order to claim the gate, all but a few of the slaves rose up, attempting to claim the Gate and escape their slavery. All of such were put down, but not without cost. Now many a Wolfos had been slain both by the slaves and the enemies’ polities, quick to pay them back for the years of war and slave raids.

The wolfos are strong, and as such, all those that are weaker than should be prepared to work for them. The strong survive and the weak must serve. This is the way of the empire, this is the way of the pack.
Armorer (-1)
Fredek the Great, went among the slaves and learned the art of metalworking. The job has become something of a sacred task, shaping the metal into arms and armor, Hide and Claw for the warriors of the Empire. Without them, the Wolfos would be weak. The task of a smith, in the dangers of the forge, filled with flames and sparks is difficult to brave when one is covered in flammable fur. They brave it all the same.
Race Description:
A Wolfos is a tall werewolf like humanoid, Standing Approximately 8 feet tall, with digitigrade legs.They differ from a werewolf in that their faces take on a more… feline shape to it, With a shorter and much flatter snout instead of a wolf-like snout. This includes the jaw structure, much flatter and with Bigger front teeth. The wolfos’s back teeth are actually molars, for grinding plants better than the teeth of a canine.
If a person was to look at a wolfos, then they would always appear hunched, with their back curving forwards and sitting their shoulder farther forwards then the torso, this makes it much easier for the wolfos to attack with their maws from a charge, and aids in their ability to run on all fours for a short period of time.
A wolfos’s limbs always look weirdly out of proportion for the rest of their better, being longer than is expected, with their fingers hanging just past their knees when they put their hand by their side.
The Weirdly proportion limbs, however, truly do pay off when the Wolfos is in motion, capable of Catching themselves when they are off balance with their arms without losing any speed and propelling themselves Scarily fast even in full war equipment. A common game for Wolfos children is “Chase the arrow” using their speed to try and catch a blunt arrow fired from childs bow. This game Becomes “hunt the slave” when they are more mature.
Nation Description:
The Fredek empire was formed when the alpha Fredek came into power, Deciding that he was sick of his people being the butt of many a barbarian joke and many raids by the Forald Theocracy, He began to conquer and assimilate every Other Wolfos pack that he could, All the while raiding merchant conveys that belonged to the theocracy.
Eventually, Every single pack of Wolfos had been Conquer and Assimilated into his forces or had been left dead in the forest to be picked over by scavengers.
With his newly assembled “Great Pack” He led a massive attack on the Theocracy, With his wolfos equipped in metal instead of the Wood and stone of yesteryear, the physically superior Wolfos slaughtered The theocracy’s army.
Eventually, the Great pack had to halt its advance, which at that point had Conquered almost half of the Theocracy sold territory. The pack was beginning to fall apart because of Food, lack of supplies and dominance challenges, The Great Pack was being torn apart at the seems.
In response, Fredek The Great began the task of Reforming His Whole Race. In response to proud warriors that refused to farm, and To many mouths to feed with hunting alone, He had taken the survivors and the prisoners of the theocracy and forced them to work. After all, The Wolfos had won and thus were strong. And the Weak served the Strong. That is how the world works. Or at least, that was the narrative that he wove for his people.
The food supply was solved by the now farming slaves and many raids.
Next was a lack of supplies, with his Plundered Arms and Armor starting to shatter and break into many numbers to replace.
So Fredek the Great walked among the captured Scholars and Craftsman And demanded that they teach him, for he knew that no Wolfos would degrade themselves stop learn from a slave, but they would learn from their Alpha. And thus he learned all he could, before teaching his own people. Metal workers and thinkers began to take root in the wolfos, Creating the Weapons and armor needed for war, and the Ideas needed to improve it.
Lastly, Fredek the great looked at the great pack adn the Wolfos as a whole, and he saw that it would not last past his survival. Without an Alpha as Powerful as himself, the whole structure would fall apart.
And so he took upon him his greatest task yet.
First, he seeded an idea. That While the strong ruled the weak, every Individual was weak. But the pack is strong.
He seeded the Idea that individual strength does not matter, curtailing the Dominance challenges at their head. The Wolfos Must be strong, Not a single Wolfos, but ALL Wolfos. And as such, the weak are those that fault ot the Wolfos, like the theocracy.
The he restructured the Wolfos, Creating the modern empire, ed by his bloodline.
No longer Did the Wolfos Answer to the Alpha, Instead they answered to The Emperor.

All Wolfos worship Fenrir in their own way, But not to the extent of the Devoured.
All that Fenrir demands if that you Fight and prove your strength. The Strong survive and the Weak are devoured, not always literally. Battle is sacred to fenrir, as while strength comes in many forms, Fenrir always prefers strength in arms.
The priests of fenrir dedicate themselves to him by Being the first into battle during the slave raids and being the last ones to leave, Ensuring that the god fenrir has plenty of time to watch them fight and prove their strength.
When war comes, All but a select few of the priest caste will quickly come to fill the army, joining for the chance to prove their strength and prowess. Those left behind are the ancient ones, old enough that their strength has been proven time and time again through an inability to die in battle, even after hundreds of raids and battles. If there are not enough ancient ones left behind to Teach the next Generation of Priests should they all die, some of the younger priests will be left behind as well. This can be a great shame for them.
The priests of fenrir, dress in nothing but The pelts of creatures they have hunted, and refuse to use weapons and armor but what they have taken from those they have defeated. This can lead to their armor being almost patchwork.
The fullmoon is a holy day, with a grand tournament being held in preparation. The finals are held under the full moon. Any may enter the tournament, even slaves. If a slave wins the tournament, then they are seen as blessed in the eyes of fenrir and are freed, from there they may settle down as a citizen of the empire, or leave. The fights are to Surrender or death.
