Didn't dodge into Sel's way, because no. Ash grew up on the streets, he knows better than that.

Sadly, while Ash was vacillating over which way to dodge, Selaphiel's three-foot eggplant monster, trundling brainlessly after him, walked right into Ash from behind and pushed him down the stairs.

Tragically, as Tario was holding the arm of the pea-pod creature he makes all of the people stair fall down, allowing both Ash and Selaphiel because of the blunt force of him rushing in to tumble down. Only Tario has the necessary agility, through raw talent, to make sure he falls elegantly enough to not fall face-down.

You read through the papers as you descend the staircase. The bit about the ecology of these monsters is waterdamaged and completely unreadable, but the bit about their strengths was still legible after all this time.

       


You all make it down the stairs without pushing or knocking anyone down, because that would make you assholes. You need a minute for your eyes to adjust to the gloom.

Shouting loud noises to get the creature's attention that sure of course hiding in this basement, rush in the most forward of directions looking for a monster to attack and fight with my monsters

Slowly descend into the basement, making sure to keep an eye out for any monsters or whatever. My Mroom will be right beside me, I assume.

The shouting seemed to be enough to attract the attention of some nearby creatures. It seems as if the abandoned underground basement system is not uninhabited. Perhaps some monsters were trapped down here decades ago, perhaps they found their way in from caves and other underground pathways. Whatever the case, you're under attack by rats!

Yelling at my Pea-Pod, shouting that it should go and charge the rats and perform a tackle and making sure with raw plant strength to rip the limbs off the rats, savagery must be enacted on these pests!
