Last one was a few years ago, so depends on what you mean by "when" really...

There's been talk of doing a new one a few times, but scheduling seems to be hard.

The 10th anniversary video was kind of like a dftalk so if that counts, then I guess once per big release. In that case, something might come up some time in the next 6 months or so. Before mythgen development starts.
