At home, we will experiment with this 'glass'  for blades, armour, building etc.
We will make a militia and build walls to help defend against these lizards.

The Acid-Maw tribe will not be threatened by larger creatures encroaching upon the hunting grounds, they will slowly approach the Constrictor Snakes to see their attentions and wait to see if the snakes tries to strike, and making sure that the Lizard hunters flank and encircle the creatures. Every moment lizard growl and hiss can be heard, the lizards are waiting on the moment they are provoked. If not, than the lizards will slowly push and approach with their weapons held stating that they should leave and they will have to forcibly them leave the River Delta if necessary. If at any moment they are attacked, poisoned darts from blowguns and infectious arrows from bows are unleashed, as well as spear and shields to fight these creatures in a feral rage.

The human slaves are of course captured and will be imprisoned in wooden cages, for later use.

The Lizard shamans and explorers will go perform a expedition and go collect and analyze the herbs and plants to see if they uses as a medical ointment or poisonous properties that can be used.

@Shadowclaw, the ones in contact with the snakes are in the desert btw, not the delta, since they were hunting the escaped humans. However, only about half the escaped humans are there.

We shall put some of our warriors in hiding and have the others form ranks to deter this aggression. We shall level spears at any that get too close. If anything untowards happens to the single communicator we shall strike. If not, we shall hold our ground. The warriors in hiding will position themselves to remove their archers and blowgunners from combat.

We shall not accept threats. If these lizards want a fight we will comply.

Good God! This is gonna be ridiculous. We have Komodo/Crocodile/Salamander/Badger People against Giant Anaconda/Pit Snake People.

Sailing up the river is child's play for your ships, and once more the war songs begin. The desert heat and flowing water prevent the mist, but you still have some degree of cooling- It is still hot, but not deathly so. You plow towards a walled town, your men cheering at the defences- Surely there is riches here! You are met at the shore, however by a group of about 100 snake people. They have spears and shields, although your men guffaw at some of them- They seem to be tipped in glass! A single snake with a very human and female torso slithers forwards. They seem to wish to speak.

Yinglet
The clems clams cloms are agreed upon, and three whole buckets are given to the patriarchs. The investigation happens near your village. They ask lots of questions and scribble things on some thin stuff. Afterwards they tell the matriarch and patriarchs how to care for the spears, and hand over about 15 spears. They are sized for you, and just as AMAZING Scav fanboying ensues, no one is hurt, surprisingly They say they look forward to learning more, and will continue to pay.

Tree
The goats eat the brambles, although they're a bit shaken. However, you need to find a new place to shelter, and keep your goats. You think you remember seeing a town or something to the east. There was also a village to the north.

Lakami/Acid-Maw Confrontation
The confrontation begins, as both sides refuse to back down. The hissing, growling and threats develop. This will be a fight if contact is not made. A female Lakami slithers forwards, requesting to talk with the Acid-Maw leader.

Lakami
When supported by metal, glass is very strong, and glass itself gets very sharp and doesn't warp. You were about to test some bronze backed glass spear heads when some more humans arrive on a... thing. It get's a bit colder. You request an audience.

Acid-Maw
You develop some medicinal uses for some herbs, and a bit of poison, but it's not very deadly.

Flame
You approach the trees, and the smell becomes nauseatingly powerful, but you recognize some of the smells- Blood, decay, death and something else that is oddly familiar... You touch a claw to the bark, and it sloughs off, revealing black, slimy wood beneath. All the birds have stopped singing. You can't hear any insects. You think everything is dead. You think you should leave.

The Ijzervolk have a peculiar tradition, which illuminates much about their culture. Those who set out on raids have their funerals before they leave. They drink and feast with their family, then place something precious to them in an urn, which is deposited in a mortuary. If they return, they retrieve the precious item, and their miraculous revival is celebrated. If not- well, they were already dead. This may explain the fearless- almost suicidal- nature demonstrated by their warriors.

The Icy Maiden pulls up amongst the reeds. Steelclaw Mistweaver, decked in iron chainmail, his titular sword on his hip, leaps from the ship, followed by a dozen similarly clad warriors. Icy blue eyes peer out from beneath his helmet, the face of which is decorated to resemble a snarling beast.
Without a trace of fear, he approaches the lead female. He leers at her, whilst his followers nudge each other and make suggestive comments in their foreign tongue. Eventually, he bows, in the most sarcastic way possible.

"Goeiedag, mevrouw. Mijn bondsgenoten en ik zijn een beetje verdwaald. Mag ik vragen om uw hospitaliteit?"

Recognising the look of puzzled bemusement, he tries again, this time in the more common tongue of the Iomeeran Empire.

"Good day, madam. My fellows and I are a bit lost. May I ask for your hospitality?"

The Lakami lady speaks, with a silky tone that flows through words in a soothing manner, "Greetings, Ā-wyrgan. We apologise for our aggressive response to your arrival, for we are not accustomed to visitors. May I know your name, Bealu-ware?"

The phalanx relaxes, but is far enough away that they can lower their sarissas and strike against a charge. The serpent lady continues.

"I would invite you into the city, but due to your sudden appearance we cannot entertain all your men. We have enough to greet you and a reasonable honour guard into the city with the hospitality expected of a host of course, if you wish. We would hate to have word spread that we rejected an unfortunate man and his loyal crew. Truly such Āþ-Brice would make us no better than those who Ā-wildian. And thse who do something like that are no bepetter than the Wulf that devours his pups."

Arright, jesus. You obviously don't need to await the turn for talking, you social butterflies, but Imma say that you just declare that communications have started in the thread, and PM. Do include me of course, since I need to know what's going on in terms of turn shenanigans, or at least say how the talks are going.

And I have decided that since it wouldn't entail much work to write actions for another side (Depending on the player, god some of you write a lot) you may have two things. HOWEVER you are NOT allowed two nations.
