Your shamans find that the source of this malady is magical, and incredibly powerful. The source is unknown. Your metallurgists develop some armour for tails, but it is relatively flimsy, due to needing to flex with the tail.

Nekohlin
Your work on identifying the issue leads you to some odd conclusions. This will be covered in PMs. Your investigation of the Yinglet reveals that they are having the same issues with their farms, but are not having the birth defects and miscarriages. There is also a strange matter which will also be covered in PMs.

Flame
You burn away some trees, they smolder, splutter, smoke, and wouldn't ignite in most cases, but your dragonfire is more than enough to burn it away. Something growls at you from the shadows.

Acid-Maw
Your war party goes further north from the town (With the Lakami townsfolk I assume?) evading the army. Your investigation on what is making everything go wrong reveals that some extremely powerful magic across the sea is at fault.
