I want

2x ICC (8)
2x Odin (6)
4x Loki (4)

With 2 task forces
1 ICC(4 units of ground troops) + Odin

and two task forces
1 ICC (3 units of ground troops) + 2x Loki

Send ICCs with Odin in places where we expect combat
Send ICCs with Loki's in place where we expect no combat

Miscalculated, thinking about another plan

Here is an initial plan based on having a spread of space forces to harass every middle planet.

The first plan clears (And secures...sort of) the orbit of C so the transport landing there needs no protection while taking A and D (Probably to be contested, but hey, gotta try something, right?). The Lokis will support the (possible, or perhaps probable) battle at D.
The second plan uses the ability of the Doves to shoot things on their way down to nullify any fighters they might have, while also providing some extra defense to the A ships.


EDIT:
Plan Contentious now has the names I forgot to add earlier, with appropriate themes and all! Names you would never want to be yours for the transports, and names pertaining to Odin for the Odin vessels.
