FYI, I've changed the notation for roll results slightly. From this:

Alright, so. A lot of people were under the impression that SY99 would be the last design phase before the first battle report. I was going to run the first BR at the end of SY100, meaning you'd have one more design phase.

But, if people would rather get down to business more quickly, we could have the first BR be at the start of SY100.

I'm itching to write a battle report (I'm sure my tone will change soon enough), so I wouldn't mind it happening earlier. Let me know if you have an opinion:

I want to start the game! Have excitement! Put our designs to the test! Too much preparation time could, in my opinion, actually end up homogenizing the designs of either side as they simply continue polishing their designs and whatnot. Not everything should be perfect before starting.
