Haruko shook her head. "Unless you know what this is." She held up the orange gadget from earlier. "It fell off the whale girl earlier and attached itself to my arm, but then it fell off me. Maybe because I'm not a whale?"

Lapis tilts their head, examining it closely. They clamber up onto the couch, trying to get a closer look at it.
It.....appears to be some sort of control device, used to focus magic and stop it from hurting the wielder. Like a wand, or a blasting rod. The creators of the Zoanthropes must have used it to focus magical energy in the one you fought earlier. I believe you broke it in the fight, but my partner might be able to fix it.

"So... when do you think your partner will be here to get the girl?"

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

Lapis seems about to respond when the sounds of loud stomping and brick being smashed apart can be heard from outside. Maki stands up immediately, her hand lowering onto her waist as the Electrider appears in a flash of electricity.
"What was that?"
A Zoanthrope. My partner is in pursuit. We must go.

"I just got to turn back though..." Amelie muttered, standing and putting a hand on her amulet. "Oh well, gonna have to just work with it! Let's go!" Having transformed mid sentence, the girl starts running to the door.

Waking up from her impromptu nap on the couch, she gets up with a groan...

"That's the second time today... Well... Nothing to it I guess. And so she transforms with another miniature sandstorm... That then promptly implodes back onto her; she is in someones house, after all.

"Let's go."

Yamato faces the direction from which the sound came from. His words seem directed more at the tachi in his hand than anybody else in the room.
"So there was another one roaming about after all. You've been kind of useless in detectin' them lately, haven't you? Well, it doesn't really matter. We'll figure out what's messing with you, but as for now..."
He rushes outside, sword gripped tightly. The blade is drawn, and Yamato is enveloped in a bright flash of blue light for the second time that day, emerging in the same ancient clothes as before, miraculously repaired.

Actually, I knew that one was around. I just did not expect him to cross the city so quickly.
Lapis waits behind the rest of the group.

Maki, meanwhile, assumes transformation stance, hand over her Electrider, feet slightly apart.
"Henshin!"
Sweeping her hand towards her chest, lightning flashes around her, enshrouding her in the Volt Armor. She dispels the lightning with a single sweep of her hand, the white scarf billowing briefly before settling over her shoulder. She shoots the rest of the team a thumbs-up.
"Alright, ready! Let's go!"

"Oh, are we going to beat it up then?" Haruko's wings reappeared, along with an excited grin - that quickly faded to a slightly confused expression. "That is okay, right?"

Until we figure out how to untransform them without fighting them, I believe that is your only option.

The sword was gone again, and Hideyuki turns to head for the door. "No time to waste. Lead the way... Lapis, was it?"

Lapis nods, before scampering ahead out of the door. They aren't waiting for you to follow, it seems, but expecting you to head out.

When the group gets outside, an odd sight greets them.

The Zoanthrope is here, indeed; a large goat-like creature, a similar shell of the weird polymer-like material comprising its body, glowing red eyes beneath metallic drill-like horns and its flanks and back protected by a red, metallic carapace akin to a lobster's body. Its limbs are odd; where its front legs should be, long, lanky arms are present, claw-like fingers glistening in the dying sunlight, and its hind legs resembling a frog's, harsh red lights throbbing where its thighs are, sculpted with massive muscles for jumping. It is glaring at the group, possibly with sentient hatred, possibly with sheer bestial hatred.

It's also floating in the air in a translucent pink sphere, trying to break out by kicking the sphere, its kicks as fast as bullets.

The girl responsible for trapping it is standing on the other side of the sidewalk, her arms extended outwards, a faint pink glow over her hands. She is in what appears to be an intricate, long dress, made of jet-black silk and glittering silver trim with an opal set in the middle of her chest. A silver tiara with a similar opal sits atop her blue hair. She smiles at the group briefly, her eyes still focusing on the beast.

"Um, if you guys are just here to watch, I might need you to get out the way. This might get a little messy."
Spica, these are the magic users I sensed earlier. They are here to help.

The girl's eyes light up, as she, presumably the Spica Lapis is referring to, gazes over the party for a moment.
"Okay. If you are here to help, then I'm going to need you all to hit this thing as hard as possible as soon as I drop this barrier, alright? As soon as I drop this, this Zoanthrope will hit the ground. You can't let it get its bearings. Just hit it as hard as you possibly can, on my count of three."

Amelie didn't say anything. Suddenly she was floating, then she flipped and started falling upwards. As the lady began to count, she'd begin dropping towards it foot first, aiming for a gravity-assisted kick dead center (although ideally out of the others' lines of fire).

"One...."
Amelie soars up into the air, dinging a lamppost on her way up.

"Two...."
She's about five stories high, higher than most buildings in Old Touto.

"Three!"
The barrier drops, and the Zoanthrope plummets to the ground-

And Amelie's foot smashes it right down, hard into the road, cracking the asphalt beneath. The Zoanthrope releases a pained cry, before slumping and disappearing into light. Exactly how a normal Zoanthrope does.

Not like the girl in Ito's home.

Hideyuki seems about to do something, and then Amelie one-shots the damn goat.

"... Hard as we can, huh?"
