Gorlaks are intelligent creatures with [LOCAL_POPS_CONTROLLABLE] & [LOCAL_POPS_PRODUCE_HEROES] for adventure mode.

Trolls can't speak compared to other races like Gorlak's, so their playability & interaction (slow learner malus to learning new skills etc) is limited from a adventurer viewpoint. In terms of troll 'heroes' i think its unlikely because of speech problems, and that they may prefer to work for goblins.

Even if a Troll has particular skills (worlgen makes them a miller or something) trolls can only work hauling jobs, however they can work all occupation jobs also.
