You head westwards up the hill, and take a look around.

To the South you can see a few vehicle tracks that have not been washed away by the rain.
To the North is an empty road that's headed east to west, maybe there's some mines or break in it, but it's faster than walking.
over in the western wood you make out a pair of truck, there unmarked and from what you can see abandoned.

To East you can something that look like movement, there a large unit, at least 2 dozen men and what looks like an old self propelled artillery gun.
It's clearly no longer self propelled as the bulk of the men pull it along slowly.
As you watch you can see a clear division among the men, the guards beat and bully the pullers along.

Westwards you see a river with what pass's for a fram house near it.
Really it's more of a shack but there some faint smoke rising from the chimney.

You waste no time in getting down the hill and away from how ever they are with the self propelled artillery.

You soon reach the farmhouse and find it's door unlocked.
Inside is dark with the smoldering remains of a fire in the hearth, as you look around it's clear that whoever lives here has left in a hurry.
There's nothing of much value to be seen in the open.

You leave the hut and after checking your map decide what your going to do next?

A: Head south, those tracks look like they maybe from your unit.
B: See if you can join the lot with the artillery?
C: Head West towards your own lines, there there somewhere.
D: Defect and head east comrade?
E: Wait to see who hut this is, maybe there frendy.

Fixed the map

You head south following the road and the tracks.
After half a mile you see them glinting in the sun, a dozen shell casings on the road.
Soon you find a burnt out truck and then a pair of humvee shredded like swiss cheese with bullets.
As you get close you can see the bodies of the dead lying pale and naked in a heap.

A quick glance shows you that the men have been striped of anything valuable.

Then you movement in the bushes to your left.

A: See who’s there?
B: Back away and see if you can throw your lot in with the artillery?
C: Shoot it might be a trap!

? this is a suggestion game and we we already have a character, so what your suggestion for what the character does next.

Oh, somehow I thought it was an RP, my bad....

Um, look at ourselves in  mirror, or pool of water, or reflective metal.
