Team 2 task is exactly that. Team 1 has to gain the kid's trust with diplomacy while Team 2 tries to capture the anomaly with brute force. Either she goes voluntarily with Team 1 or is captured by Team 2.

We have to act separately so the girl can't link both teams together, so if we find Team 1 with the girl we will have to "fight" withouth actually harming each other. She has to belive we are on opposite sides or the plan will fail.

Good idea. We have these phones in case we need to contact each other. Let's remember the plan:
Team 1 tries to talk to the girl and convince her. If that fails Team 2 will try to kidnap her. If that fails, the girl will now know that she is in danger and Team 1 offers help. If she starts to dobut Team 1, Team 2 reattemps to capture the girl and Team 1 defends her so the girl trusts Team 1 more.

(That's a pretty good plan. If Rosen gets added to the game, she can join Team 1. It will hopefully be easy to gain the target's trust with an all female team that includes a sweet old lady, a charming chemist, and a meek looking teenager. We'll just have to make sure that Rosen and Faye keep their violent tendencies under wraps, while simultaneously keeping Myrtle from wandering off and getting lost.)
