Here's the best succinct description of the nature of the Andilauss I can think of right now: Though not, in fact, literally made of dirt, they give off the impression of being made of dirt in every way.
Like a pile of dirt, it falls over if you kick it. Like a pile of dirt, it probably wouldn't notice if it suddenly wound up in space.
Like a pile of dirt, it might acquire a coating of frost, but doesn't cease to be a pile of dirt because of it, unless the ice gets in deep.

Please note that as per the rules that you can only make Mundane Artifacts with a Minor Act. Even a Personal Range Magic Item needs 1 Act. Now since you've Incarnated, you also have a well of 10 Power to use, although you can't do big things with it, general rule of thumb is costs of 5+ is Act Only, as well as the stuff that is ruled Act Only of course.
Also note to save 2 of your Acts, or you will be stranded in the mortal realm until you get 2 Acts somehow.

Name: Reyginaga, The Oracle from Beyond

Class: Other God, Alteration

Appearance: A sapient planet whose surface are covered in cephalopodal eyes and huge mouths with humanlike teeth, Reyginaga are in the middle of a set of four large wire-frame rings that orbit around her at different distances and angles. While Reyginaga has an atmosphere that is highly poisonous to mortal visitors, she can alter those she wants to visit to be able to breath on her surface. In lieu of hands, Reyginaga can telepathically hold and use artifacts.

Realm Style: Reyginaga's realm consists of huge crystals of various shapes and sizes, with strange glyphs depicting either possible futures or as-yet-undiscovered knowledge written on their surface, floating around in a huge nebulous magenta and silver cloud. Sometimes ghostly faces can appear in the cloud, particular if an intruder enters the realm. Physical laws can sometimes change in unexpected ways, particularly if Reyginaga is present.

Spheres: Fate and Probability, Ambition and Drive, and Knowledge and Comprehension.

Starting Bonus:

- An Artifact: You start with a personal Regional Divine-class Artifact.
> Name: The Probabilistic Tesseract
> Description: A 4 dimensional analog of a cube, the PT decides the fate of whatever region it is rolled in and anyone in it. Four of its outer faces contain curses and four blessings are place on the opposite faces.
> Powers: On four of the PT's outer faces, four different curses of Reyginaga's choosing are placed. However, four different blessings that are the direct opposites of those curses are placed on the corresponding sides. For example, if a curse that causes a region-wide famine are placed on one outer face of the Probabilistic Tesseract, a blessing that causes a region-wide bountiful harvest must be placed on the opposite face of the artifact. Whatever curse/blessing that are rolled will affect the region it lands in, kind of like an eldritch 1d8.
