"I'm glad to meet you all, but I must abscond to a place where I can freely reign without fear of conflict with you all."

Teleport into Dallas, TX, to make some space between me and the other horrors. Use 1F to draw followers.

Hmn. Yes, it would appear there is room for improvement here~
But there are places more deserving, I should think, than the home of politicians.

For free, teleport to Cape Canaveral, where NASA was.
Now, begin looking for people in need of an organizer (draw followers, 1F).
To ensure their loyalty to me, create shelter for them (3F), aqueducts to provide safe water (4F), and an acre of farmland upon which to sustain themselves (1F). As befitting my name, these (except the farmland of course) will all appear to be missing important pieces, but will all work just fine.

Primitive
If Oculus had to describe this world with a single word, it would be this one.

But maybe, there was still hope for them.

Use 10 Fear and try to recruit the smart people in the whole planet with promises of vast knowledge and granting them eyes.
(I guess using more fear extends the range for recruiting, and I want tons of people fast. If I can't, then just teleport to the universities and try to recruit in each one individually)

Immortality like that would be even more game breaking than four Aaron's in one place.
You're both so obviously scum that this is a surprisingly difficult decision.

Entice them by gifting runecraft to the three most loyal and intelligent...(gift magic system, 2F)

I will be explaining the runecraft system soon.
As there is no Runecraft system in place yet, your "gift magic system" action is invalid. you and/or several others will have to create it first. would you like to invest it towards creating the system in mind?

Edit for RGU: Just to be clear, fear usage does increase the yield of recruiting. Since society has collapsed due to nuclear war and fallout, Universities have shut down, and unfortunately you're mainly going to be drawing in people of average intelligence.

Ah, whoops, I'd missed the "create magic system" thing. I'll hold off for later, then.

EDIT: New action needs pricecheck for structures.

*somewhat annoyed* NASA's mine. Leave them alone.

Shelter would be 3F per 10 followers housed. Windmill depends on the size and purpose, and aquaduct is roughly 4 fear. Keep in mind that while nuclear war DID occur, some structures such as housing and potentially water wells are still usable.

Would I get reduced costs for piggybacking on existing infrastructure?
Also, how many followers do I get with the 1 action?
And how about farmland?

Yes, depending on rolls.
you can get anywhere from 2-20, depending on rolls.
Farmland would be 1 Fear/acre created.
Edit: Also, please post price-checks in OOC for future reference.

"What have we here? Ah! Yessssss... a new world, ripe for conquesssst."

Stick around in DC. After all, it's home to 'snakes' of its own kind.
Expend 1F on gathering followers.
Whisper promises of power and strength to them in order to assure their obsession with me.
Also, see about getting them to reclaim the White House ruins as the center for my mortal cult. If it's in really bad shape, use a reasonable amount of Fear to renovate.

7F, assuming it's industrial scale. Alternatively, you could make a handful of hand-crank grain mills for 2-3F and let your followers spend some time grinding their grain.

cost of producing cloak that can blend in with the surroundings if the wearer isn't moving?
