Cinder's (Not Daily) Exercise Thread: Session 4

This is just like my Draw thread except for exercising, because I find that microblogging helps me stay focused on things.

The difference is that I'm not going to do this daily. In fact I'll probably remove that restriction from my drawing thread soon as well at the time of this being written. And I also don't expect anyone to comment or even look at this thread.

Session 1 - Light Cardio

I've done more intensive stuffs in the past week, but I guess I was feeling a little lazy today coupled with accidentally waking up at 5am, so I only did 17 minutes of cardio. I sweated, though, but I don't feel like I'm dying, which isn't something I'm used to and makes me feel like I didn't work out enough. On the other hand, it's too early for me to up the difficulty of what I'm doing, I think.

Weight: 160 lbs.
BMI: 26.0 (Overweight)

Session 2 - (Relatively Intense) Cardio

Session 3 - some more cardio

I did the same thing I did earlier. I still feel like I'm relatively weak if this is enough to tire me out.

Sometimes I forgot about this. I did some workouts, mostly repeating the same videos because, I mean, it's cardio. It's not like I'll sprout tentacles and turn into a demon lord if I don't follow a specific, esoteric sequence of workout plan.
