Bonded Weapon - Eximius is an ancient magical artifact and gains all the advantages and disadvantages of being such. His very existence is also bonded to his wielder. Aside from his form as a ring, he can also morph into his wielder's preferred melee weapon. They live and die together, unless the wielder expires due to natural causes - in which case Eximius will sooner or later happen upon another wielder due to the powers of fate. If Eximius and his wielder fall, Eximius himself will be found by a new wielder in a few centuries - fate itself twisting the facts to make Eximius continue existing.
>Passive: Since Eximius and his wielder are technically one entity, they supplement each other's stats during rolls.
Of Ambition - Eximius intensifies the wielder's inner desires, driving him or her to pursue their ambitions, whether they be things as simple as protecting/slaughtering the weak or something more involved, like gaining control over a kingdom and such.

Limiter Release - Eximius can temporarily disable his wielder's physical limiters, inflicting slight amounts of damage but increasing their abilities overall. (This is preferably a STR skill)
[1] Fate. A timeless notion, one that the events of your life formed a single thread... Eximius Res was musing on the nature of fate, destiny, and luck.
It has been months -years?- since his last wielder died from an unfortunate encounter with some toxic sludge dragon. Eximius Res had been wielderless for that long. To be fair, the ring had lost the notion of time after the first 5 years. He had been lost in this dark, howling valley for a while.
Fate was being a cruel mistress indeed.

[5] A gentle ray of sun skimmed on the the feathered body of the sleeping harpy. Opening her eyes slowly, she got up and stretched, a gentle breeze ruffling her silky white hair. A new day was starting.
She gazed at the remains of her last meal, licking her lips reminiscing of the taste of flesh. She had been eating her fill recently, but she wasn't satisfied. After all, It had been so long since she had the luxury to taste human flesh. Humans had become so much rarer since a few weeks, even though there used to be villages close by.
From her nest, she took a wide look at the surroundings. The mountains were starting to wake up, and soon creatures of the day would roam.
Suddenly, her heart skipped a beat.
In the distance, her sharp eyes picked a well-known figure. A man. Alone. A traveler? An adventurer? He was so far from home, what was he doing in these mountains? Who knows, for all she knew, Fluorine didn't care. It had been so long since her last meeting with a human.

It only wandered, looking for beings of intelligence. All the creatures around there were dangerous beasts, with an unnatural desire to fight and kill.

This one has been cast into the waking world somehow.

[2] The black humanoid woke up in a daze, holding its head. The Protoquin felt awful, as if it just woke up from an awful dream full of good feelings.

Traits:
Parasitic Lifeform: Skee is a parasite. Outside of a host body, he's (almost) no different from a mundane critter and thus extremely vulnerable. However, once Skee has taken over a host, he's able to tap into their inner strength, increasing their strength and magical prowess, and maybe even revealing hidden abilities the host wasn't aware off. Depending on the size and mental resilience of the host, taking complete control of their body after entering it can take from 5 minutes up to several days. He can leave the host body at any moment, and they'll have no recollection of what happened. (Being inside a host replaces Skee's own Strength, Constitution, Power and Resistance by the host's, slightly increased.)
Skills:
Paralytic Poison : Skee's one mean of defense when outside of a host. He stings the enemy injects a strong paralyzing poison, resulting in complete momentarily paralysis. The poison is non-lethal although if an excessive dose is injected, the target might die from cardiac arrest.
[3] Skee felt annoyed. The jungle had been invaded by monsters from the north recently, and territories were widely contested. The easy hosts were driven away, and only dangerous or unsuitable ones were left around.
He wasn't sure yet if he should also leave this part of the jungle, or try looking around for another day.

Luminescence: Yellow pigmentation on the polyslime's surface gathers energy from the sun whilst in sunlight. This energy is released as light whenever the slime wishes to do so.
Blessing of the Suntree: Consuming a sunfruit granted your body the ability to produce an energy close in nature to that of the sun. The latent energy in your body is linked to your mana reserves.
Solidification: Squelchy can solidify parts of his skin at will to make him more resilient. The downside is that that part of the body is rigid, and makes it harder for him to effectively move. The solidified skin is shed once squelchy is done with it. He can use this principle to also create slimy structures, if he has enough time and food to recover the body parts he sheds.
Skills:
Pounce: The slime flings itself into the air and lands upon its opponent.
Flash: A blinding light is shone upon the target, rendering it temporarily or even permanently sightless.
Glimmering Hope: Squelchy can call upon the light within him to give him an increase to stats until the light within him dims enough to be useless; until the light regenerates, he is weaker.
[6] These days were... problematic. Squelchy managed to form a small community of slimes, bringing some form of prosperity to his blobby kin. But they had been so successful, that the food resources had been growing scarce. Squelchy was hungry.

[5] Neophytos remembered the day he survived. He thought valiantly with fellow monsters, and they lost. But when he woke up, only he breathed, and the forest was gone. Demons had burnt it to the ground, and started making the territories them. He then retreated to the south, managing to reunite with the evacuated monsters.
It was already a month ago. Many things happened in this period of time, but he was still respected for surviving, despite not being the strongest monster out there. The survivors of Elon Woods who didn't left the main group had formed a new community, mainly managed by the Sylvarians, who were experienced in the matter. Many surviving Sylvarian sacrificed themselves to give birth to a new Lifetree. This one was still a shrub, but it would grow strong.

[4] Ulkas and his companion Astrosa had been gathering and following clues of Ancient ruins for the past weeks. First, they returned to investigate the Valernite Castle where Dovarus the Knight Spirit stood watch.
Reuniting with this old acquaintance proved valuable in informations. He learnt a lot about the past of Valern, about the war, about Dovarus' rage against the gods.
Unfortunately, the vault of the castle was off limit to them, as the Golden Sentinel wouldn't allow them to enter. She did share a part of her knowledge, and gave them the locations of various ruins of the old world.
Travelling to these locations was harder than expected, as the demons of the Neodaemonium managed to make a tremendous advance in the past weeks. Fortunately, all the demons Ulkas and Astrosa met were no match for them.
Now, they stand at the edge of the Copper Desert. Hidden in the sand should be an entrance for a ruin, according to their investigation. The nearby ruined and recent human installations attest of it. It seemed they were studying the ruins, before leaving in a hurry.

The cave he was in was wide, the ceiling very high, and the uneven ground was littered by boulders of all sizes. Go'Von didn't sense any close presence, but he couldn't be too careful in an enemy's territory.

Appearance: A flower with a loaf of bread replacing the head of the flower. The loaf of bread has a face on it.
Breadweed was not always in his current state. In a dimension far, far away from this one, he used to be a mana spirit. Then he poured fractal bread essence onto himself, and became a breadweed. Then he was brutally torn apart and consumed by savage/feral snake people. Then the mush that was his corpse was extracted from the stomachs of said snake people and poured into a brain mold, which was then placed in a jar. He lived in his brain-in-a-jar form for a while before accidentally creating a psionics-eating weapon of mass destruction, which then proceeded to almost kill him. Fortunately, he was saved by the goddess of death that he worshipped... which then extracted the abstract orb (the conduit between me (ATHATH) and Breadweed) from Breadweed and threw it into a celestial shredder/trash bin, which shredded the abstract orb and sent its remnants into the void between dimensions. Breadweed's former body became the entity known as Reaperweed and became a happy/contented servant of the aforementioned goddess of death. Another abstract orb was created, and a new entity, Bookweed, was created to carry out my will upon Breadweed's home dimension.
However, the first abstract orb refused to die. Its fragments floated in the void between dimensions, eventually landing in/on multiple dimensions. Each shard instinctively created a familiar mortal shell around itself when it landed in a new world, and this one created a form that was similar to Breadweed's breadweed form.

Refusal to Die: If Breadweed is killed he returns in a new form that is 2 stages less powerful than his previous one in a nearby safe area. If Breadweed is killed when he is at stage 1 or lower (or stage 2 or lower if we can't play as a stage 0 creature), he dies for real (by "he", I mean "this particular shard").
Skills:
Alchemy: This shard of Breadweed's knowledge of the mechanics of alchemy from its home dimension somehow transformed into knowledge of the mechanics of alchemy in this dimension. As such, he is proficient in the use and creation of potions and other alchemical items/techniques.
Suggestion: This shard of Breadweed has retained some of its ability to influence the minds of others with its psionic powers. This ability plants (reasonable) hypnotic suggestions in the minds of others.
[3] Since Breadweed arrived in this strange realm, it felt different. Something in this world had changed it, and it sometimes felt like the Shard changed. The Shard was currently following the clear stream of a river. The plants around felt magical, with their leaves covering many shades of blue.
It was quite the eerie place.

Strong Jaws: With Aspred's gigantic mouth and teeth, it is capable of crushing boats in its mouth and devouring a whole man in a single bite.
Whirlpool Creation: By swimming at high speeds in a circular pattern, Aspred can create giant whirlpools to suck in unsuspecting boats.
[1] There is always a bigger fish. And in this case, Aspred Bagrid was the small fish of the story. He remembered when he gobbled that monster, before realizing too late that the monster was a lure.
Now, a monstrous whale with razor sharp coral on her back and fins was chasing him, trying to devour him whole. The irony.
Further ahead, he spotted an abyss. It could be a chance to survive, he hoped.
