Your head stops spinning, and the nostalgic smell of the forest engulfs you. Before you can enjoy it too much, Rathine's voice crackles through the crystal.
"Must be nice, hm? Almost like home. Don't get too comfortable, you know your business here. This hamlet goes by the name of Emingath, it was founded just a few weeks ago. They have a rather talented Tree Speaker, judging by the progress thus far. I can't tell you if there's much in the way of notable loot, but I have a rather special mission for you. I want the speaker's head. For no other reason, really, than to figure out if you're capable of it. The map you're picturing is connected directly to your brain, and can be viewed from your crystal. when I can start to see the guards at the enterance to the northern structure, climb a tree to get a good view of the place.

Under the cover of dusk, you sneak along the eastern fence, carefully watching for signs of movement. After covering some distance, you attempt to climb a nearby tree.
[2] About three quarters of the way up the tree, you remember that you have a terrible fear of heights. You quickly let go, and scream the entire fall down. The guards begin barking orders, and you can hear them run out the front gate and in your direction. If that wasn't bad enough, you are fairly sure you cracked a rib in the fall (-3 hp).

The guards converge upon you, surrounding you and brandishing their spears.
[Persuasion: 4+1] "I'm.... uh.... I'm a.... hunter? Yes, a hunter! I was tracking a great bear through these woods. I hadn't even noticed your settlement, and figured I'd climb a tree to try and... uh... find his trail? And then I fell, you see. I could really use a healer, if you have one."
The guards look unimpressed. The one directly behind you orders you to stand up and forfeit your weapons, moving his spear closer to your back.

The guard behind you grabs your weapons, and you are escorted into the Great-Tree where you are subjected to an audience with the Tree-Speaker. He is an old looking elf, meaning he must truly be ancient. He gazes at you for quite some time before speaking.
"What is the meaning of this intrusion, brethren?", he croaks out from atop his wooden throne.

[Persuasion: 8+1] One of the guards whispers something in the tree-speaker's ear. The old elf looks awe-struck.
"By the gods.... you must be hunting Alaniel the white bear..... It took my father a long time ago..." he pauses, apparently in deep thought.
"Return his weapons, and leave us. We must discuss his hunt."

The guards don't move for several moments, completely and utterly awestruck that he had believed you, but they eventually do as he asks. They return your weapons before leaving, shutting the heavy oaken door behind them.

The elder hums something, and you feel your rib pop back into place. Frankly, it feels even stronger than before (+2 max hp, healed to full health).

Your crystal hisses,
"Now!"

Your head finally stops spinning, and you find yourself just outside an elven hamlet, with the rich, earthy scent of the forest tickling your nose.
Your crystal buzzes;
"You're a little late to this party Fildo, so I'll be quick. Don't really know if there's any high-end loot here, but the Elven tree-speaker is decently powerful to have grown this hamlet as fast as he has. Atyr somehow has managed to infiltrate the Town Center, and is about to attack aforementioned Tree-Speaker. Perhaps the best thing you could do to help him is deal with or distract the guards so he can finish his business. Check your crystal for a map of your general surroundings, or to ascertain your progress. Simply speak aloud if you wish to contact me."

Wait for him to turn around after which lung for his throat with the dagger and say

The elder turns his head for a but a moment, seemingly looking for something beside his chair, when you set upon him.
[Stealth Attack: 8. Damage Roll (D20): 14 x 2] Your dagger sinks clean through the front of his throat, and emerges from the back. He attempts to yell, but all that he can manage to emit is a wet gurgle. He slumps into his chair, dead. The guards outside the door are none the wiser.

Elven Tree-Speaker has been Struck down!
Your crystal buzzes, and then emits a joyous laugh.
"Now THAT, Atyr, is good work. Bring his head to Uramie and I'll assure you are justly rewarded. You just had an ally arrive, so make sure you take all of the best loot before he arrives~"

Gather up the Tree speaker's stuff, cut his head off and bundle it up in his robes. Also speak into the gem
"Can you kindly ask The buddy of mine who just came to start a distraction or something near the enterance of the hamlet, a fire perhaps. I'll meet up with him behind the hamlet."
