(OOC: aww thanks.   Unfortunately Silvercircles is underneath a lava flow, but remains intact with the dwarves still alive. Please see 2/3 down page 13 for details. Rescuing it would be very helpful.)

There is a strange light glowing beneath the magma flow!
It emits an aura of self security!

Apache cancels study cool tank: Silvercircles besieged by lava!
Apache is now in command of the Invincible.
The Invincible powers up its systems!

The Invincible lifts off from SteelFort!
It is in orbit!
Apache boards the Overlord Dropship.
The ConstructionMech loads a heavy-duty reactor core onto the dropship.
The Overlord Dropship activates a void-field!
It disappears!

The Overlord Dropship drops toward Silvercircles' coordinates.
A bubble of vacuum appears in the upper atmosphere!
It rushes toward the lava!
A hole appears in the lava!
The frigid air from the upper atmosphere is drawn into the hole!
The lava hardens into obsidian around the hole!
The Overlord disables the void-field.
It is heated and slowed by the lava!
The liquid helium freezes the lava!
It is obsidian!
The Overlord rests slightly above Sivlercircles' mysterious energy field, and a floor of obsidian.

Miner cancels choke on dust: sounds comming from above.
"Ey! Something is on top o tha fort! It might be friendly or it might be magmamen or something! Everyone prepare tha fort! You go get tha new axes from tha armoury, and you over there, start clearing the main hall o rubble! Alright fine, get someone ta help ya."

The dracon on top of the mountain try to climb to the pupil area, being extremely careful not ts step on anything unfortunate.  They use their weapons to dig handholds in the side of the ruby if nessecary.

"Hello!  It's Apache!  Anybody alive in there?"

"Oh its just Apache, you with the axes, go put em back. The rest o you start clearing up the place."
The dome continues to glow!

Apache appears inside the dome!
"What?  I've already just *appeared* in other places."
"How is the fortress doing, other than the ceiling of lava?"

@Fenrir *Your fortress has a demon at its gate.  You may want to kill it or something like that.*

What sort of demon is it?

I think it's probably another Demon of Pain.

(i.e. The kind I killed one of.  With an adamantine crossbow with grappling bolts or something.)

So true, but lets just refer to them as Pdemons for now. It'l make things easier when I add other demons, if I do.

"Eh, everything is all fine and dandy, yah. We're not dead or anything like that, well, most of us anyway. You wouldnt happen to be able to move our entire fortress somewhere else would yah? Im preeety sure being in a pit surrounded by lava is not exactly safe."

*muttering to self* "Steel can withstand lava...dropship hull is stronger than steel...so are mech chassis...but mechs are too small and overheat and blow up in lava...how to blow up lava...why lava is so ho- aha, how to blow up lava!"

This is a masterful engraving of lava and reactor cores on paper.  The reactor cores are surrounded by lava.  The reactor cores are blowing up.  The lava is disappearing.

"Don't worry, I'll have the lava blown up ASAP!"
