(I don't think the Stargate will work because the laws of physics has been changed not to allow FTL travel.)

(Typhoons are urban assault tanks, about 65 tons I think.  They've each got an AC20 plus some other weapons, which is enough to know they pack quite a punch.)
The Mining Mechs charge the Demon of Pain!
The Mining Mech strikes the Demon of Pain in the left arm with its boring drill!

It is badly pierced!
The drill is jammed in the Demon of Pain's left arm!
The Mining Mech attempts to turn the drill!
The drill has become mangled in the Demon of Pain's left arm!
The Mining Mech transmits data to the Typhoons; (How many Typhoons per lance?)
The crossbow is made of adamantine!
The Demon of Pain grabs the Mining Mech by the chainsaw with its right hand.
The Demon of Pain's right hand is horribly grinded!
The Mining Mech's chainsaw has become jammed!

(This thing is pretty powerful, but im thinking if the mining mechs dont mob it to death the tanks will finish it off with at least one casualty.)

(Double post to respond to the assaults on the mountain.)

The small army of swordsmen are caught in a boiling cloud of ash!
They are forced to land!
They avoid a lava flow!
They avoid a chasm!
They land on a small ridge.
The climb will be long and difficult.

Greiger looks over his unit roster.
He has only 10 soldiers capable of climbing with any skill.

The 11 continue up the mountain.
The others return to Spiffywall and begin removing one of the beam cannons from the front of the Lucifer and building a mount to point it at the mountaintop. "Just in case"

(OOC if in range the catapults try to shoot at the demons to help apache out)

(One of the Mining Mechs had its drill replaced by a small autocannon, since it lost it's drill to the falling XX¤<<Adamantine>>¤XX.  Just BTW.)

The Mining Mech fires its autocannon at the Demon of Pain in the upper body!
The Mining Mech attempts to withdraw its chainsaw from the Demon of Pain's right hand!
The Mining Mech swings its chain saw at the Demon of Pain in the right arm!
The Mining Mech jams its boring drill into the Demon of Pain in the lower body!
(Open ended attacks, so you can regulate the damage.  Feel free to damage the Mining Mechs yourself though.)
[Note: Mining Mechs are a type of IndustrialMech.  IndustrialMechs are powered by ICEs instead of fusion reactors.)

The Typhoons are 3/4 of the way there!
A Forestry Mech springs from ambush! (Behind a flaming tree)
The Forestry Mech slices with its dual circular saws at the Demon of Pain in the upper body!
(These saws are mounted next to each other, slightly overlapping, spinning toward the overlap.  Could probably get jammed on something too hard.)

It is pierced!
The AC round is lodged firmly in the wound!

The Mining Mech's struggles in vain on the Demon of Pain's right hand on the Mining Mech's chainsaw.

It is grinded 1/4 through!
The chainsaw has become lodged in the wound.

It is badly pierced!
A sickly ooze flows from the wound.

(Attacked from behind)
The Demon of Pain's right shoulder has been torn!
The Demon of Pain's upper spine has been torn!
The Demon of Pain's left shoulder has been torn!

Demon of Pain has become enraged!
The Demon of Pain twists the Mining Mech's chainsaw with its right hand.
The Mining Mech's <chainsaw> has been broken!
The chainsaw remains in the Demon of Pain's grip!
The Demon of Pain hacks at the mining mech in the upper body with the chainsaw.
It is broken!
The circuitry has been disrupted!
The electrical flow has been mangled!
Mining Mech malfunctions and falls over! (But still 'alive')
The Demon of Pain frees its left arm from the drill.

(OOC: I need to sleep now so if you could post your turn and ill get back to it tomorow.  ;) )

OOC post
I mostly idle because it will take some time for both of my orders to be carried out.  The mountain is likely hard to climb. And the SSLBeam of the Lucifer is large and heavy. Not to mention that it's slightly damaged and needs to be hooked up to the fortress reactor before it can even begin charging up to fire.

Really all I can do is order the catapult operators to start firing at the demons by Apache, but even then I don't know the range and don't wanna risk hitting any of his stuff.
And incase it comes up Greiger's sword is an artifact adamantine greatsword.  He'll do quite a bit of damage t whatever he gets close enough to.  He also has a small hand crossbow unlike the others. He can use it, but isn't particularly good with it.

[OOC]
Ok, so the mech I'm thinking of is actually the ForestryMech MOD-B, with dual chain saws instead of circular, but it's basically the same.
ForestryMech MOD-B
Mining Mechs!
Mining Mech with guns
Typhoon (can't link because of the parenthesis, take out the space before .net): http://www.sarna  .net/wiki/Typhoon_(Urban_Assault_Vehicle)
A lance consists of four units.  The star is the clan equivalent (but has five), so I use it with the clan equipment.
[/OOC]

The ForestryMech blasts with its autocannon at the Demon of Pain in the left upper arm!
The MiningMech smashes its worn boring drill into the Demon of Pain in the left upper leg!
The MiningMech drills into the Demon of Pain in the lower body with the embedded boring drill!
The Typhoon fires a skillshot with its AC20 at the Demon of Pain in the upper body!
Only part of the shot hits! (long range shot)

Apache continues studying the XX¤<<Adamantine>>¤XX and the apparently related documents!
