Glass is, as usual, correct.
Yep, as ever, I bestow upon Glass the expected +1
I'm gonna say we go with whatever Glass's idea is.

The Savvyhead
We're gonna be Rick.
We're not gonna be Rick.
Perhaps you'll be Rick, perhaps not. We'll have to see!

Now, counting up the votes from the polls and ones from the forums (Since it was a perfect tie), it looks like we're a Savvyhead. Interesting; I've never seen one in action.
We know who we are.
Let's find out what we look like.

Pick one (or in the case of names, two for the first and surname) in each category, then post it. If I like the combination, I'll pick it. If you specify some of the terms and have a good description (What is vintage wear plus tech?), you'll improve your chances.

Names Pick 1-2
Leah, Joshua, Tai, Ethan, Bran, Jeremy, Amanuel, Justin, Jessica, Eliza, Dylan, Adnan, Alan, Nils, Ellen, Lee, Kim, Adele
Leone, Burdick, Oliver, Goldman, Morrell, Ozair, Robinson, Lemieux, Whiting, Fauci, Hosseld, Lemma, Whitmont, Cullen, Spector
Gender Pick 1
Man, woman, ambiguous, or transgressing.
Clothes Pick 1
Utility wear plus tech, scrounge wear plus tech, vintage wear plus tech, tech wear.
Face Pick 1
Plain face, pretty face, open face, or expressive face
Eyes Pick 1
Squinty eyes, calm eyes, dancing eyes, quick eyes, or appraising eyes.
Body Pick 1
Fat body, slight body, hunched body, wiry body, stumpy body, or strange body.

My suggestions:

Name Kim "Stanley" Robinson Cullen
Gender ambiguous - see below
Clothes scrounge wear plus tech - layers to keep one warm, layers to keep one cool; keep the nasty rain off, duct the precious sweat into storage; pockets and pouches and projectile-proof where it counts; goggles and mask, which may be being used to Clark Kent, who knows whether Kim also goes around in a more settled style of dress, whatever that might be...
Face Pretty face - not that anyone sees enough of it, to be sure; is that real smooth skin? Could there be scarring being deliberately hidden by the high kneck-scarf?
Eyes appraising eyes - attentive, but who knows what tech is on the inside of those goggles
Body strange body - stays covered; could be lean and well-padded, could be muscled and less so; and is there a whirring when the left hand twiddles its fingers?

I like both of these applications, so I'm gonna mix them a little.

Name: Kim Ozair
Gender: Ambigious
Clothes: Scrounge wear plus tech
Face: Pretty face
Eyes: Quick eyes
Body: Strange body

Next, we decide your moves. These are like character skills or abilities. We'll also decide your workspace. This is where you create things, and probably live.
Choose two moves, and your workspace.

Hrm. Perhaps that was an information overload?
Let's do it more expediently, then. I rolled for which moves and which workspace components you got. Here they are.

Spooky Intense: +1weird
Reality's Fraying Edge: A workspace component (or arrangement of components) can be used for augury.
Garage
Controlled Growing Environment
Transmitters & Receivers

So, from here on out, we're gonna move away from yourself (that being Kim). Together, we will illustrate a day in the life of Kim Ozair.
Of course, this is a day in the life of a post-apocalyptic psychic mechanic, so I imagine things will get interesting pretty quick.

Let's start with her home. Answer these questions. Surprise me. I'll mix and match the most interesting answers.

What's the average home in this area, and what makes Kim's different?
What does it sound like?
What does it feel like inside?

(I took that as likely more promising than my own half worked out contributions, as per the prior question. Had to hunt down the thread once I realised it hadn't progressed. So let's give it a go...)

Spooky Intense: +1weird

Okey dokey, not too far from where I was thinking.

What's the average home in this area, and what makes Kim's different? Most homes in this community use dumped tyres, packed with earth from just below the contaminated top layer, as heat-/cold-insulating walls. Kim has done the same, but had the fortune of finding an old cellar (now connected to the garage) when excavating away the first topsoil, and worked the rest of the homestead and its garden area around that.
What does it sound like? Muffled, save for when the rain comes down upon the tin parts of the roof, when it makes a quiet din.
What does it feel like inside? Surprisingly restful, with an added sense of guarded privacy.

I love it! I'm imagining yurts made from rubber tires packed with dirt. Am I close to your imagining of it?

Anyway. Let's focus our attention to who dwells within Kim's home.
Who have you had since forever? Give them a name and tell me what they do around the house.
Who have you lost? Give me a name and tell me how you remember them.
Who is a new member of the household? Give me a name and tell me what it was like the first time you saw them.

The more answers, the better. I'll mix and match the best ones.

(I didn't want to be the sole mad driver of this crazy, crazy bus. Waited a bit for someone else to input. Anyone else want to flavour things, or tell me to go ahead anyway?)

Hey, I'm cool either way.

Of course more variety of suggesters would be nice, but your contributions have been sterling thus far. If this is to be a public one-on-one RP between me and Starver, that would be perfectly fine!

I'd actually encourage you to PTP. ;)

I'm still hoping someone else adds, so I'll give it some more time...
