"You need a hand with these corpses?"
Theodore suddenly seems to pop up right next to Abelard, already carrying a corpse with him, a cheerful smug grin as always plastered on his face.

"Sure, there's still plenty to carry."

With nothing else to do, Keyleth grabs a corpse and begins dragging it.

: "Did Jack mention where to bring these?"

Keyleth does so.

: "I should have gotten Skar for this. He could have carried one in each claw."

"Ah, really? That's good control over his claws then." Abelard commented as he nonchalantly dragged one of the bloodstained corpses down the hall before depositing it inside a small room that was quickly growing smellier.

Jack nodded to Evra. "Permission granted. Let me know if you find anything interesting."

Rune had barely noticed Theo talking to her, too interested in investigating the tome she'd gotten her hands on finally. Nothing special really, but it was good news for her still. A way to protect herself and keep enemies at a distance. But, more importantly, it gave her additional power for her illusions. The rumor had always been that if you managed to combine anima and light magic just right, you could not only make illusions to drape over yourself like she already could, but create phantoms that drew in crowds, allowing you freedom to act and fool. Something that would be truly useful for a spy. Or an ex-spy as it where.

It finally registered to her that someone had said something, but glancing up it didn't look like anyone was around. Odd... Still, she should offer her help. Though, seeing what everyone was up to, maybe not. Pulling dead bodies every which way wasn't exactly appealing to her. And the men seemed to have it covered.

: "He's not a dragon. And no, when I got him he was mostly tamed already."

If this remotely discourages Theo at all, he doesn't show it.
"Aha. Still, you're rather handy with them. A man of my talents can appreciate exellence in his companions. Keep up the good work.”

The scout returns from dumping the body just in time to hear Jack give the all clear. Taking his bow off his back, he looked to Evra...
"Well, might as well see what other surprises this place has in store..."

Before heading off towards the eastern hall, the one they'd ignored during their initial raid.

The eastern passage revealed split into two. One path led to an internal courtyard, neglected and overgrown. The tree within was dead and withered, and the ground choked with long grass. Broken pots littered the area, as did human waste. Within the second passage was a large room, with a large stone table in the center. Carved within was a small mountain range with a fort upon it, as well as valleys on either side, and another mountain to the east with an even grander fortress carved within. Calo was able to identify the table as a three dimensional map of the surrounding area, though it was clearly weathered. Also, just as everything else in the fortress, it was badly kept. Empty bottles and cups surrounded the table, and the paint upon the features was missing or faded. There were also collections of stones scattered on the table. Though they initially appeared to be random, Calo and Evra would be capable of deducing that one pile seemed to be in the location of the crater the group had encountered earlier.

Ria was busy dragging another corpse along on a makeshift tarp tied to her spear.  Ria nudged it off onto the pile before leaning against the wall with a sigh.  Good a flier as she was, this sort of manual labor wasn't much for her.  Usually the sorta thing the footsloggers had to do.  Ah well.

"Actually, was meanin' to ask ya, dragon girl.  Where did you get him?  He's a pretty handsome one, all told, and it's not like they're common back home."

"Yes, that had me curious too. Last I heard, most of the wyverns in the world are from Govitz.”
