Fbzib morphed into a large spider and clinged to the ground.

"Arghh, I must get out of this wind and rain!"

Fbzib crawled into the entrance.

Reserving a post, will edit in a few hours, I have a slight errand to run.

CHAMBER
Leonard moves in for a kill. Then he notices the creature is man-like and hesitates. Blake stealthily moves in with her sword. She pounces like a cat! Just as the sleeper rolls over. Slice! !

The mouse is knocked off the bed and rolls back until it smacks against a wall upside-down. Opening its' eyes it peers forward and transfixes a strained gaize on a grey rope lying on his bed. He wraps a hand around then his tiny eyes grow wide as he looks up to see the swordwoman. "Uh, Uhh!!" The plump mouseman waddles away in a hurry into the deeper hallway.

OUTSIDE
In spiderform Fbzib sprints inside. The wind is much calmer, but still fairly noisy. He is wet and cold, but it seems some warmth emanates from deeper inside.

Fbzib crawled in further, climbing onto the ceiling to avoid the wet floor.

Blake looks stunned, clearly not expecting the creature to be a humanoid being. She cautiously sneaks forward to take a look at what it's doing.

I recover my composure and leap on the humanoid rodent, attempting to pin it down and perhaps render it unconscious but not kill it outright "Plan B, I think you'll make a good enough host for now! Nothing personal."

If the above is successful I attempt to implant a single Mushroomer(the parasitic phase of my lifecycle) into the mammal.

CHAMBER
Blake and Leonard, after a moment of pause, go into the darkness and into the torchlight of the deeper hallway. It is empty- save for a huge pile of straw, blocking what is likely the next chamber.

HALLWAY
The spider morph scitters on the ceiling until reaching a chamber. Torches hung on the wall light it up.

Fbzib warms himself next to a torch.

"Ahhh, that feels nice compared to outside."

Blake carefully moves the straw out of the way, taking a peek inside.

DEEPER HALLWAY
As Blake sets aside hay Leonard watches. It seems like there is a lot, it could take quite awhile to get through.

CHAMBER
Fbzib no longer feels cold. It notices a straw bowl of mushrooms, and another hallway leading deeper into the mountain.

"Hey, woman creature, could you take one of those torches with you?  It is dark in here."

I travel ahead, and continue to search for any significant puddles of water that I might be able to submerge myself in.

Blake nods and walks back, grabbing a torch and bringing it to the hay. Not setting it ablaze, mind you. Merely keeping close to it. She also examines the surrounding area.

"A bowl? Perhaps this place is not empty."

Fbzib proceeds further into the chamber, stealthily if possible.

DEEPER HALLWAY
Leonard soon finds it is not only drier in here, it is noticably so. Likely due to torch heat. Blake notices a faint outline of something on the ceiling from the direction they came, something that wasn't there before.

CHAMBER
Satisfied Fbzib scuttles along quietly deeper inside. The dark entrance of the deeper hallway slowly gives way to more torchlight. There are sounds of activity. The end of the hall is blocked by a pile of straw. There is a lizard scurrying about the floor, and a woman with dark hair staring straight up at Fbzib.
