Would creating a duplicate dwarf civ raw with a name and description change make them co-exist, but not declare war on each other during world-gen?

I would think it would kinda be luck of the draw in world gen to see if they like each other or not, but if they are a militaristic civ then they would probably be more likely to fight each other for no reason. I have no evidence to support this, but most of the time dwarf fortress civs end up in war or shaky truces.
