As soon as Leon's pegasus flew over the icy river he could immediately tell something was very wrong. He hadn't been able to see it before flying over the river, but numerous Astrasian corpses lay in the snow, dyed red with their blood. All of a sudden he felt numerous bloodthirsty gazes fall on him, but from where he couldn't tell. Staying here much longer would likely not end well. However, to the east, he saw spots of red running in his direction and could just barely hear terrified shouting.
