"In that corridor you were in earlier Kard; if we leave them out in the sun they're going to stink horribly."

"Yeah alright. C'mon Sverrand, quit standing around." Kard began dragging the bodies over to the hallway where Alana had turned him down, dragging the first all the way to the end of the hall before returning for another rebel.

[SOLDIER First]

The knight just blinks, then complies (a little bemusedly) with the request. He sets the corpse down a little more roughly than would be necessary and returns alongside Kard.

[Powder Miner]

Kristijan turned away from his own musings to listen to Malthe.
:"Yes, I'm Kristijan. You were Malthe, right?"
And then, of course, since the matter at hand WAS moving corpses, Kristijan's smile fell and he grew somber.
:"And... yes, right, orders to complete."
Kristijan went for one of the rebel knights, and began to rather noisily drag the heavily armored man; the guy was heavy, and Kristijan, healed or no, was still experiencing bits of shooting pain and fatigue.
Still, he worked at it, and after a while he did get the man in.
:"Oof..."

Since her attempted interrogation had sort of petered off given Leon's friendliness and the general's disinterest, Mydis began helping the others with the bodies as well. Malthe hadn't mentioned her, but she hadn't really been in the fray anyway.

"Did you all end up finding Greiton?"

[SOLDIER First]

”No," Sverrand grunts, before dropping another body. ”Not yet."

[Gaterhyme]

"Well, tell me if you find him and need help dragging him too."

Still humming softly to herself, she began dragging a body towards where she'd heard all the clanking of the others being dropped.

[SOLDIER First]

”The captain can handle himself. A few rebels couldn't kill him if he had an arm missing."

[Taricus]

"Yes, I'm Malthe. And no Greiton around here at all Mydis, not even as a body."

[Powder Miner]

Kristijan stopped for a moment (now slowly dragging the other knight) and blinked at Mydis' declaration regarding Greiton, but then kind of shook his head a bit and got moving on.
:"Should we suggest to the General when he comes back that we look through the rest of the village for him...?"

[Gaterhyme]

"He could take out a few of them, sure. I'm not holding out hope, though... besides, if he did turn traitor like Kard said..."

Mydis gave a small shrug, smile slipping off her face for a moment before returning again.

"Maybe we should. Just to make sure he gets what he deserves."

[SOLDIER First]

”I don't believe that. Captain Greiton would never turn his back on Astrasia. Or on us."

[Taricus]

"Been roughly a week since we got captured. Either he's already dead and buried or he's been moved to another rebel camp." came Malthe's response, finally dumping Baires' body onto the growing pile.

"Whether or not he's a traitor is speculation at this point, no point in worrying about that right now."

"Hm. I suppose not." Kard began dragging another body, by the ankles this time, toward the designated dumping ground.

[SOLDIER First]

”...”

“I don’t like it. But all right.”
