I like the sky = ocean motif. Its really cool. Plus I don't know if our planet actually has oceans. Still, I think the sky whales and leafrays will get along well. Perhaps even chat about news and the gods. Perhaps the Phopu will even colonize the exterior of the skywhales and have cool symbiotic relationships.

Pretty much everything went wrong for the Acterians. We didn't realize our strength and their fragility. It's unlikely we'd be that overbearing again.

Okay then I reccomend we make them something rather freelance perhaps? Maybe make em a kinda mercenary style race.

I'd recommend not making too many races without thinking of the consequences if you don't want to have fun. Competition for lebensraum and all that.

Although that said, Pegasi as flying seahorses tickles me the right way.
