I ask, because it seems to me like your Phopu are really just asking for the gentle guidance of the goddess of wisdom. But I'd really rather not make things more of a clusterfuck by opening a gambit over the fate of the treefolk.

Abstract i didn't count the cake as a serious action and thus ignored it. Regardless, i think the general  Reaction of the acterians to this strange thing appearing in front of them would have been to go "oh shit nope.nopenopenopenopenope" and ignore it till it rotted.

After all they don't know what cake is nor what strawberries or other stuff like that is. And something like that suddenly appearing is work by the gods...gods which they by and large mistrust and hate.
