If you speak to them directly however like Tartin is about to do...he however will come upon the same problem, for the power of whatever controls gambits is strong and it does not take kindly to interlopers.

Again both of you are not in the Gambit, so you cannot fuck around in it, in this case mucking about trying to get the worship of the Acterians. The right moment for entering the gambit has passed and now you need to bide your time, until the right moment comes around once more.

The improvement action on the acterians is fine though since it does not inspire more worship (at least not immediately)

You kinda seem to be overdoing it a bit at times :/
But of course, that's kinda expected when you're the god of passion.
Your sentences sometimes seem to be a bit lacking in the punctuation department, but it ends up feeling like someone trying to say a lot of things quickly, and who ends up tripping over their words, which makes it kinda endearing.
But yeah, you're doing fine.

I'll wait for more opinions on the Discord, though. I don't want to make one that only two or three of us will ever use.

I could go for a Discord. I know Madman is opposed, but only because he doesn't want to add yet another Discord channel to his extensive roster. Which isn't a good reason.

For a game like this I don't really see the need for a discord. The OOC and IC should be sufficient. Especially when one considers how easy it is to talk on discord, instead of in the actual game threads. It sort of spreads everything out.
