Uhhhhh, the problem is that their is no air or food. So like while floating islands are cool, there is still no air and food for the mortals.

I mean. He never said anything about how they worked. So I kinda assumed that he would have made them to suit the planet. I don't think any mention of air has even really happened even with the other places that feature mortals? Plus that planet was actively unlivable if i made food and air it wouldn't matter because the mortals would die and get unmade by the magic of the planet.

We don't have anywhere else with mortals yet either. All we have is a sun, endless darkness, two(?) primordial planets, an empty fortress, and some magic islands. So like, there aren't plants and animals or air anywhere yet, even on the islands, because they don't exist yet.

They're humans. You likely cant do islands and food/water/air.

Spice things up. Make some mortals to inhabit alongside ours perhaps. make some kinda dynamic make something cool. Hell maybe just make a temple where mortals can pray and learn about all the gods.

1. You don't need to spend an Act on creating time, by the way. Time exists, its just that the concept has no meaning yet because there is nothing that would be affected by it yet.

2. Interacting with Mortals: by directly interacting with Mortals you basically escalate, Just showing up going i am GOD LISTEN TO ME MORTALS is possible, but might have sewere effects on the surroundings. Likewise interacting with Mortals depends entirely on how you intend to interact with them, teaching technologies or knowledge is an act. Trying to convince them to worship you is not.
But since you have been nice to show so many examples of direct extreme divine intervention, i have plenty of showpieces of what that does do to mortals.

3. Nope. Even in a Gamble you do not directly control them, you give them orders sure, or general goals, sometimes you don't even need to do that. usually mortals and other servants will work towards your goal without needing much input from you.

4. As for the Act. Lets say you create your floating islands. You don't just get flying rocks, you can as well populate it with mundane animals, plants, water and i generally assume air.
