I'm watching this fight at the local pub with my Dad. Regardless of how awful, boring or otherwise farcical this fight may be, the food'll be good.

What are your guys thoughts on this one?

$1 Mayweather pulls an Oliver McCall and sees the Void halfway through the fight, realizing that all his wealth and pride are ashes and that to continue fighting pushes him only further towards becoming a broken animal. He still wins because his attempt to hug McGregor freaks him out so bad he jumps out of the ring.

This is a mayweather fight, there will be no punches of any sort.

I want macgregor to win so bad, and I'm probably gonna watch it at the local cigar lounge, but I can't imagine he's gonna win.

Really I don't want macgregor to win as much as I want mayweather to lose.

Their public personas are, can't speak as to their actual personalities. If you're going to judge purely by confirmed actions, Floyd did serve a jail sentence for domestic violence. No idea if Conor's done anything majorly illegal.

A fight between two massive egos is honestly pretty fun, you really don't care who loses provided SOMEONE loses decisively.

In our parlance, I fully expect him to have his arse handed to him, but hey, it'd be cool if he won.

I'm honestly amazed Conor managed to steal 4 rounds from an admittedly inactive Floyd. Conor was just so sideways and kept pushing and probing the jab, really awkward. Even more impressive than that was his head movement, Floyd was missing evan as Conor was gassing by the 7th, 8th rounds.

Overall, a really fun fight. I'd like to see Conor back in the boxing ring again, probably start with some six rounders to get a better feel for it.
