Fer strode up on deck, and watched as even through ailment spells (which just looked like a fairly basic spell to him, incidentally; not that hard to recognize once you'd trained with ailment staves) the others proceeded to start laying fucking waste to the undead. He also afforded a smug look to the sleeping archer.
:"That looks like Befuddle to me, I think," he called out to his two currently confused companions, "it isn't very comfortable, obviously, but it isn't going to have any more serious effects other than mixing you up a bit and it'll wear off after a little while."

And then he went to hit one of the responsible undead mages with a spell of his own.

Ethan stepped up for an epic duel between pirate captains. The living one raised his special axe, clashing with the dead one's throwing axe, seeing who would overpower who... Then Ethan managed to hook away the tomahawk and deliver a skullsplitting blow that ripped through the skeleton's armor and bones.

Like the other one, this ghost appears for a brief moment before a lantern on the mirror ship begins shining. The light of the two ghost ships' lanterns detaches itself and begin closing on each other, coalescing on top of the Blackbones' deck. A great flash of light blinded the group, after which they saw a monster rise from the deck, a mass of bones and tissue in the vague form of a humanoid body, with a Tomahawk on each hand... and two heads, each of them sporting the Crown of Flight.
