~~Chapter 2: At the Gates of Wisdom~~
After a day of travel, the grasslands gave way to rocky plains with the occasional bush. Another day and the group was at the edge of the desert, where their destination resides hidden behind the dunes.
The group reached the last small village before the sand became commonplace. But unlike all the previous villages, this one was about to stop being peaceful.
Travelers, please stay inside! Desert bandits are about to attack the village! Young men with swords pointed at two bystanders, a knight and a horsewoman, as they prepared to intercept the raiders coming from the sand.

Hmph! That idiot Divron now says that he can't find the entrance to the House of Scholars. Well, I guess we'll just have to ask "politely" at the village.
Meanwhile deeper in the desert some other bandits were wandering around looking for something.
